Very Bad Experience

Mera recent Andaman trip with Way4Travels bahut hi disappointing aur stressful raha. Main honestly regret karta hoon ki maine inke through booking ki.

Booking ke time maine clearly bola tha ki mujhe achhe, clean aur decent hotels chahiye. Lekin ground reality totally different thi. Jo hotels diye gaye woh low quality aur bilkul basic level ke the. Extra mattress ke liye maine pehle hi request ki thi, lekin hotel pahunchne par bola gaya ki unhe koi information hi nahi mili. Hume waha extra paise dene pade. Yeh clear coordination failure tha.

Sabse shocking baat yeh thi ki inka tour coordinator ko client ki proper information hi nahi hoti. Mujhe khud baar-baar call karke update dena pad raha tha. Kisi tarah ka follow-up, care ya responsibility feel nahi hui.

Drivers bhi sirf formalities complete karte hain. Beach par sirf 2 ghante rukne dete hain aur din ka schedule 3 baje tak khatam kar dete hain. Uske baad pura din waste ho jata hai. Agar vacation me hi time limit aur pressure feel ho, to trip ka maza kya?

Overall service quality poor thi – communication weak, promises fulfill nahi hue, aur customer support almost zero. Agar aap peaceful aur well-managed trip chahte hain, to booking se pehle sab kuch written confirmation me lein.

Mera experience bilkul satisfactory nahi raha.

Do not book trip with them.

Do not book trip with them.. worst experience

I wouldn’t recommend traveling with them. I booked a Kerala trip through this agency, and the driver they provided completely ruined my experience. Whenever I asked any question related to the trip, their standard response was to ask the driver or check with local people. I paid the agency so they would handle my queries and provide support—not to redirect me elsewhere.

The driver repeatedly took us to places where he was likely earning commission, and we were charged abnormally higher prices—almost 2–3 times higher than normal. I requested a driver replacement, but from the conversations I had with the team, it was clear they were reluctant to do so, which I strongly disliked.

On top of that, the car itself was in poor condition. The car handle came off multiple times, and despite raising complaints, it was never fixed or replaced. The vehicle also did not have a luggage carrier on top, which was never informed to us in advance. We had to adjust throughout the entire trip, making it extremely uncomfortable.

Most disappointing was the driver’s behavior—he was completely uncommunicative, drove silently, and offered no guidance or interaction at all, making the journey feel awkward and unpleasant. When we complained about him, his owner must have called him and he was so rude and in a threatening voice said you talk to me and not to my owner..

Despite paying before trip 70k+, on 2nd day of the trip Dimple posted a threatening message that the trip will not proceed if balance amount was not paid as if we will run away with the money.. See screenshot attached.. How can someone do this when one is on a trip..

Please do not book any trip with them. All they do is provide an itinerary and book hotels—things that can easily be managed on your own. Save your hard-earned money and avoid the unnecessary stress.

Way4Travels - Unprofessional,Fraudsters,Scammers

I am currently touring Kerala with Way4Travels, and this has been one of the worst travel experiences my family and I have ever faced

I had flew in from Canada for a vacation and specifically came to Kerala to fulfill my 78-year-old father’s long-standing wish to see God’s Own Country. What was supposed to be a comfortable and memorable family trip has instead turned into constant stress and mental agony due to the unprofessional conduct of this travel agency.
Way4Travels charged an exorbitant amount, claiming to provide premium services and 3-star accommodations. However, the on-ground reality is completely different—the hotels provided are worse than budget city hotels, poorly maintained, and in middle of town
Initially, a high-level itinerary with decent hotels and serene locations were shared.

Subsequently, the hotels and locations were downgraded multiple times, without proper disclosure. This information was concealed verbally, while unnecessary urgency was created to close the deal in the name of “peak tourism season,” despite me clearly informing them that my phone is dying, I was outside home, and unable to verify details on written document immediately and for next few hours.

On Trip, When I raised concerns and pointed out clear discrepancies, the company refused accountability, instead deflecting blame onto me, rather than taking corrective action or offering solutions.
Even more disturbing is that after receiving full payment, they had the audacity to threaten service cancellation, telling me to “decide what nest steps to take.” This was done knowing fully well that I am traveling with a senior citizen and a minor.
Their readiness to abandon customers mid-trip for raising genuine dissatisfaction is extremely alarming.
Way4Travels projects itself as a highly rated and reputed agency, but based on my experience, this image is self-promoted,paid advertisement and misleading

The experience so far has caused significant stress and has fallen short of the standard of service communicated during the sales process. I will update this review with additional factual details based on further interactions.

I strongly advise not to perform my mistake - of not validating the final written itinerary - This was different than what was discussed and projected verbally in my case.

Prospective customers are suggested to carefully verify all hotel details, review of hotels, thier locations, services offered by hotel, trip itinerary, timings of checkout and checkin in next destination and inclusion before making any payment.

Scammers Alert and Beware of paid…

Scammers Alert and Beware of paid Positive
reviews – Read This Before You Book with Way4Travels!

I had a very disappointing experience with Way4Travels. The hotels they arranged were poor and cheap, except for the one we specifically recommended ourselves. Be cautious and verify hotel reviews independently—don’t rely on Way4Travels or the photos they provide. From the moment we arrived in Kerala, we faced constant issues with both the hotels and the driver, who couldn’t speak Hindi or English, causing major communication problems. We even missed visiting some famous spots because of this.

The worst part was when we arrived at our hotel in Varkala, where the owner had no record of our booking. He informed us that Way4Travels hadn’t made the payment and mistakenly booked the room for the previous day. When we called Way4Travels, they refused to accept responsibility. Only after the hotel owner intervened did they finally admit their mistake. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had two small children and senior citizens with us. Thankfully, the hotel owner was able to accommodate us by rearranging other bookings.

It was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

Scam and inconsiderate

Don't trust the reviews you see on YouTube as they might be promoted or paid or strategically planned to lure people out of their complacency and scam them. Apart from charging a hefty price (the same amount they had charged for 5* package from influencers) and providing substandard hotels ,20 years' old dirty houseboat where the bathroom doors would come open every min, their driver lured us to get a massage and never returned. Before going,he took 1000 rs from me ,mentioning he had no money for his expenses.
Me and my wife were stranded in the middle of nowhere until midnight, with our lives at stake and nobody around; drunk people wandering about us,making us scared to death. The horror didn't stop here. Our efforts to reach out to way4travels went in-vain as no one responded to our calls. We waited there for 3 hours ,completely horrified and numb with fear. We were eventually rescued and dropped to our hotel( not by their driver as he never showed up that day). Then started their unsympathetic behaviour as they somehow arranged for a driver for the rest of the trip yet tried to bribe us by offering free candle-light dinner. Can anything be as ironical as this? Trading people's lives with something as inconsequential as a dinner. All this while, there was no apology offered by Ravi Chauhan, who did not even had the courtesy to reply to our texts or return our calls.
We refused the offer as we felt our self-respect was made fun of( I have the voice recording of all these conversations). The previous driver then started calling, apologising and promising to return the money. When we refused to continue the trip with him and demanded for our money, he would not turned up. We continued our journey and the driver started following us. We were oblivious to this until we were near Munnar. I noticed the same model car following us, when I carefully saw, this was the same number. We stopped him, gathered local people( fortunately we have videos). The driver was evidently inebriated, his voice quivering and betraying any sense.Although he gave the money,he sent us voice notes, threatening us and abusing my wife. I sent the voice notes to way4travels and called them to notify about this horrific incident. The calls were unanswered. Tried them at least 100 times and yet no answer. We were still in the middle of the trip, with 3 days left in the itinerary and they abandoned us. These people are not to be trusted with your safety, so don't try and book from here. Furthermore, the hotels they provide are substandard, unclean, with insects in the hotels. The local facilitator of their package agreed the package was for not more than 35000 where they charged us close to 65000.
