Webull is highly manipulative , The expiration dates on my contract were changed without any tangible explanation .Due to lack of transparency, i do not recommend this company, After much debate, it is difficult to overlook the value Quick help Earn provides . Webull needs to upgrade and pay more attention to it's clients .

Two days in a row I wanted to buy a stock but got a message 'this stock can only be liquidated'. I have an all cash account, the stocks were listed on NASDAQ....called, waited 30 minutes on hold and was finally told that they did not support that stock. On NASDAQ. Cannot recommend them.

This company is trash. They want to take all your money but don't want to give it back. Don't you do it.

to make a long story short. AFTER i withdrew my 22 K from my savings acct on webull. THEY put in a FALSE claim against me with bank of america. CONVINCING bank of america that I did not withdraw my money that someone else withdrew my money. BANK OF AMERICA believed this AND sent my 22 K back to webull. WEBULL then stole 5K off the top of my money and sent the rest of my money back to me. SO i told webull that I will keep COMPLAINING about them UNTIL they give me back my 5 K. THEY/webull can contact me to work out SENDING my 5 K back to me at:

UNTIL they do send me back my 5 K STAY far away from them for they are black market scammers they SHOULD all be in jail.

Webull changed the expiration dates on my NVDA options contracts from 03/13/2025 to 03/11/2025, causing them to expire worthless. I purchased 120 contracts at strike $187.50 and 450 contracts at strike $192.50, all with 03/13 expiration. I had invested all my life savings and would have had approximately $40,000 in gains. When I checked my account, the expiration dates had been altered to 03/11. This is unacceptable and I believe it was done intentionally to avoid paying out my profits. I have filed complaints with FINRA, SEC, and the Florida Attorney General. Beware of this broker - they cannot be trusted with your money.

This platform is not built for fast-paced trading. I’ve experienced significant delays when placing market orders, and my limit orders/stops are frequently missed even when the price hits my level. 1 For a scalper, this kind of execution lag is extremely dangerous and leads to unnecessary slippage. 2 I do not recommend Webull if you need fast, reliable

I requested a transfer of my money 10 days ago and still getting the runaround not getting paid any interest and hoping that they sent the money if not, I’m probably going to have to contact the SEC.

Absolutely a joke from the start , gave up after 20 emails going back and fourth just to get my address verified , other providers instantly opened a account , try elsewhere

Horrible customer support ! The do not like to pay dividends on stock , The whole set up is for you to loose your money . I deposited $23k from the money i made from Pay Mine, i deeply regret my actions and i will just have to go back to Pay Mine, Webull is a deadly trap , Please avoid if you can .

I would stay away from this platform I have tried to get support through email and phone with no response. I have changed my phone and have been locked out of my account because I need to verify using my old phone that I don't have it tells me to contact support through email or phone with no response at all. This is a financial institution that holds people money it is unacceptable business practices.

I signed up for Webull using a referral link that promised a $60 bonus. I followed all the steps (deposit, held funds, waited 90 days), but only received half of it. I emailed support twice, the first time they told me to wait another month and a half, second time they referred me to a different department, then never replied.

The experience was very frustrating.

I have no idea why Webull has low rating. I love Webull and Robinhood. The Webull mobile app is better that the Robinhood.
The 24/7 market has a lot of stocks.

I can see why the reviews are so low for this broker. I will be withdrawing my money. I called for assistance regarding the fact that I could not connect my tradingview account with my Webull. I waited 50 minutes for somoene to pick up the phone only to tell me to contact Tradingview for their connection. Luckily, I did not trade with this broker and won't trade with this broker. The 1 hour wait for assistance is totally unacceptable. If someone needs to reach them for a trade, you could blow your account waiting for help. TERRIBLE SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

They stole all of my stocks and closed my account.

DO NOT WALK, BUT RUN AWAY FROM WEBULL!! I’ve had an account with Webull for 6 years, and trade in the 4 figure range, had the same bank account for all of those 6 years. After 6 years I received a lump sum 5 figure retirement payment, and I thought I would deposit in Webull which did not require any bank account authentication since it’s been the same bank account for 6 year. When I wanted to withdraw the 5 less than a month later, I was asked to verify the bank account (the same one I’ve had with them for 6 years which was a joint bank account with my wife). So, I sent them a bank statement, and because my wife is primary on the account, and my name wasn’t on the bank statement. Webull froze my bank account refusing to return my money. I’m currently in a legal battle to get them to return my money. So, my advice is do not use Webull you will regret it

They won’t let you sell your stock unless you are negative. I have tried several times to trade with stop loss and profit set. They don’t work. Only if it goes very negative. Even with direct sell. They are crooks . If it was once maybe twice but it has been consistent don’t use Webull

I want Zero stars. This is not a trust worthy company, it seems they are failing and using an means they can to keep or save a dollar. They have not paid my new customer bonus, they've sold stock without my permission and their customer service people either dumb or ignorant. These people have no business sense AT ALL. I am working liquidate all my stocks and crypto now. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

I want to let the world know that NRMA also trading as IAG is abusing people with disabilities who have been making complaints about how they are treated by the company not to mention when making complaints they are threatening let alone the commonwealth government of Australia who are supporting the actions of these companies don’t trade or buy share of companies who hurt the most vulnerable people in this situation let alone in the community you are doing a disservice to g-d and yourself there are no laws around protection of people with disability making complaints about discrimination or abused or racial violations to be further abused by these large unethical companies… do your research before you in vest or your just as bad as handing these criminals permission to take your money ….let alone your family… they are narrow minded people who don’t want people to know about what they are doing to hurt the community
