really sweet, got a personally signed message in my packege

I have used one pot of the gel brows and they were really good, kept them in place all day. However the next two i opened seem to have mould over the top? I haven’t used either pots just in case but disappointed

Item never arrived . I ordered on November the 26th and nothing to date. I’ve emailed a few times and have been basically told it’s affected almost all their customers. Still waiting unfortunately.

I just love this company, I’m so satisfied with all the products I’ve ordered. The brow soap it’s to die for, my brows look amazing. I’ve used the Balancing cleanser for a long time and my skin (have sensitive skin) feels and looks amazing. I’m warmly recommend WBCo.

I placed an order on November 27th, and to this day, December 7th i havent recieved my order, or heard anything about the delivery..
The delay is frustrating, the information and updates are lacking. No tracking on the order/package.
The money has been taken from my account.
Very unsatisfying way of running a business, i must say.

The product I ordered was faulty, the company promised to send a new product but never did.

Ordered on Oct 22, 2022 no follow up on shipment. Finally received order on Nov. 29, 2022.

I love this! I use it daily. I hope it’s not limited edition as this is my second purchase.

I made an order more than a month ago.. deliver was late, I emailed and was informed that shipment was sent back bec they need a p.o.box. I provided that and a new shipment was made, late again. When I emailed I was told it was returned again and I need to pay to ship it again. Suffice it to say, I cancelled the order.

very disappointed. Soap Brows Tinted was a waste of money.it was only a colour tint and it didn't hold my brow in place. I was told I should have tried the extra Soap Brows but I don't want to be disappointed or waste anymore money.

I love the soap brows- really gives a laminated look and lasts longer than any other browgel I’ve tried.

I got the clear wax. I have bushy South Asian eyebrows that I've been growing out over the pandemic. They hold my eyebrows up for a few hours but by the end of the day my eyebrows lose their fluffiness and look like regular eyebrows. Perhaps I need to carry around a spoolie to re-fluff them through the day? Another issue is that since my eyebrows are black, if I use the amount of wax that I need, they make my eyebrows white and you can see the wax pilling on my hairs up close. So, get the tinted if you can.

Fast shipping and reliable, inexpensive quality product. The states need to take note.
