Very good company with great service. They were really helpful and fast with the delivery.

Would definately use YouStore again and will recommend to friends. One day notice to have anything collected and plenty of notice of exactly when items will be picked up. I also had a slight issue with payment and when I called YouStore, my question was dealt with promptly and politely

I travel ALOT and often put my junk in storage for several months at a time. Compared with traditional self storage Westore offered:

takes all the stress out of storage, which is often a very arduous task. The website is very easy to use, and the process of getting an account set up can be done within a matter of minutes. Having used Westore, i don't think I'll ever go back to a Big Yellow!

It took me a very long time to get around to filling my box up - it was just in my living room for a few weeks, slowly filling up. Fortunately, you don't get charged for boxes that aren't in storage! That meant you can get a box sent to you, whenever you want, filling it up over as long as you want, and then send it back whenever you want! Really easy. No pressure.

I was thinking of just always having a WeStore box around the house collecting things I don't want to throw away. Once it's full, send it back.

The whole experience was really good. Not like the last time I used self storage. Will definitely be telling my mates about it!

I would recommend westore to all those people that are spending hundreds of pounds in other self storage units. With Westore it is relaxed, you don't have to leave the house and more importantly cheap and safe.

While preparing for my backpacking holidays, I came across WeStore. I immediately liked their product. It was not only one of the cheapest option to store my personal stuff, but WeStore also has a very good and personal support.

A young child and a very recent new arrival means space is strictly limited in our London flat. I came across WeStore and thought it was a great concept, so thought I'd give it a go. The service we've received from the team has been top notch, the website easy to use, its cost effective and means we have been able to free up some valuable storage space, in the knowledge that we have the flexibility to get our stuff back as and when we need it. As we're already drowned in toys and 'stuff' again post-Christmas, and with birthdays around the corner, I'm sure we'll be ordering some more boxes soon....

I'm so glad I went iwth WeStore! They were the easiest part of my moving experience. They do all the work - deliver boxes (with bubble wrap!) and then pick them up whenever you're ready. And what lovely customer service. I felt all my treasure possessions (mainly books) were in great hands. The per box pricing model was the perfect option for me as I don't have much furniture. If you need to store personal items of various sizes, they're the guys. You can have them return boxes at your leisure, which reduces your overall monthly rate. A headache-free storage provider with amazing value.

A very easy, simple, and slick website where I could order my boxes (I ordered a small and a medium) and had them delivered the next day, which was perfect as I was moving house and needed to put a few things away.
I let them know a few days after, and they came the next morning to collect! Easy and painless! Thoroughly recommend.
