I have received 16 x 900g jars of Rolnik Ogorki Pickled Dill Cucumbers which I ordered on May 4th 2022.
All the jars have been filled with water instead of vinegar, and the Pickled Dill Cucumbers are ROTTEN.
My advise to any one shopping at the "where2saveinternationalsupermarket" DO NOT BUY their ROTTEN Rolnik Ogorki Pickled Dill Cucumbers.

Hope you are doing great. We have sent you an e-mail before your review. However you wrote a review without responding it and you just blamed us here. We are not the the company who produced Rolnik Ogorki Pickled Dill Cucumbers. We are just a retailer and sell them on our website. If you look at the ingredients you can see that there is no vinegar inside them. This is how they do that pickles. We are very sorry that it is a product that does not suit your taste, but we will contact the supplier for you. You can contact them as well if you wish. We will update you regarding to issue. Decent, what you should expect

Confirmation of the order was massively delayed -- which I normally do not mind if I get some sort of email being let know that this will be the case. However, I was not, and just left waiting until I myself reached out. I find that to be very unprofessional. On top of that, I specifically ticked the box with said NOT to replace products, but they sent vinegar pickles instead of brine pickles (which I didn't order for a reason) so those went to waste. Apart from that, the products themselves were in good state and the shipping was fine. Nothing broken or mouldy.

AVOID at all cost! Terrible, non-existing customer care!

Terrible, non-existing customer care!
Placed an order for a product, received the replacement and upon immediate call to the Where2save I was advised by the owner / manager that I will be refunded in full and was told to get rid off the product ('give it to the charity' he said), and advised not to worry. Received less than 3rd of the invoice value, nobody came to collect the unwanted goods, and it is the 3rd week I am still trying to sort this unfortunate purchase out! Businesses like this one are the nightmare of the online shopping, stay away! Not worth the hassle!

We would like to apologise that you feel like your experience with us hasn't been to the high quality of customer service that we proudly give to all our customers. We appreciate that Purchasing goods from any online store could be a stressful experience. The fundamental dynamics behind online shopping is you click and order the goods you see. In your case you have been delivered what you ordered and disputed that we have sent you different goods, which is pretty much impossible. logistics can be a nightmare and we have already talked yesterday about arranging the pick up and refund of the goods with you.

Also it is clearly stated on our website that 'if the product is less or out of stock the amount will be refunded' which we did in this case too. Great service from Where 2 Save

Great service from Where 2 Save, delivery was very quick and I was kept informed at all times along the way. Everything that I ordered was very tasty, this was my first time using their service but will definitely order again soon.

I received the wrong product delivered…

I received the wrong product delivered by DHL, when I sent photographs I got an apology and a replacement without any charge they also told me to keep the original order or give it to charity. Great service.
