We are yet to travel, however I had needed dates for our upcoming travel adjusted. I had emailed at 830pm and had updated itineraries same night by 930pm. Customer Service was really amazing.

Great value and easy to navigate website
The best value travel insurance I found after searching and comparing for weeks, I found Wise and Silent after a referral from The Brisbane Channel and I'm so happy I scanned that QR code. The website is also really easy to navigate - bonus :)

Insurance that will not provide Peace of Mind.
It is essential to carefully examine the fine print of this insurance policy. Although it claims to cover flight cancellations, I was disappointed to discover that maintenance- related cancellations are excluded. This exclusion is puzzling, as aircraft maintenance is a routine aspect of airlines operations. My flight was cancelled and re scheduled for three days later, but the claim was denied. This experience has led me to question the reliability of WAS Insurance and its ability to provide peace of mind.

Our policy is designed to provide coverage for accommodation and meals when flights are rescheduled due to mechanical issues.
However, it does not extend to covering the cost of a new flight when it's rescheduled by the airline.
This approach looks to be consistent across the travel insurance industry, but we are always aiming to improve our coverage so I value your feedback

First time using WAS insurance
First time using WAS insurance. Excellent value and seemed like they cover the same as others at a fraction of the cost. Didn't need to make a claim but they were very efficient with communication when purchasing the insurance and when we returned from our trip. I'll definitely use them again.
