Do not order, terrible customer service and products.

I ordered a memorial bauble for my friend who recently lost their dad, when the item was received it did not resemble the photo of his dad i sent at all. The product was not crystal aa advertised and it’s simply a stick on photo not engraved. I have reported this to them, they offered an exchange however I have to pay for shipping, I declined this offer due to no trust in obtaining a quality product and I’m simple not paying for shipping on an item they incorrectly made. So I asked for a refund, they will not issue this. They have offered 20%, 30% and 40% refund as it is ‘too expensive and time consuming’ to send the item back. They also expect me to pay to send it back. I’ve pushed this back as the website clearly stated THEY will cover the return costs, however since bringing this to their attention they have removed the wording from their return policy and are insistent that they can only give me a 40% refund for an item THEY made incorrectly and in poor quality. I advised that they need to adhere to the return policy to when I ordered the item and they are still refusing. This company is absolutely disgusting, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Adding on to the above, the company has advised their company policy is to only refund £20, this is not noted anywhere on their website and the website states ‘FULL COVERAGE’. This is extremely deceiving and can be classed as fraud. This company need to review its website with relevant and correct information.

Great gift idea

Great gift idea!
Screws very short for holding shelves into tyre so when they arrived the shelves were loose and needed fixed.
My grandson will like it.

Very happy with the DJ lamp

The sign looked as described in the picture but the paint job was very poor. It said it would come assembled, it was not assembled. It will not last as an outdoor product, very cheap production.

The keychain i ordered to be engraved…

The keychain i ordered to be engraved came very well secured and with a nice gift box. It was exactly as i ordered it to be, engraving was well done, and was enjoyed by my friend as a good specialized gift. There was a small tear/scuff in the front of the leather, right above the big letter B which was very noticeable so i give 4 stars. It did take a few weeks to arrive, but overall i was very happy.

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. Faulty product and even in the first week to contact them and ask for a return and refund, they rejected and just offer 30% refund. Their website shows will have a full refund in 30 days but they won’t following.

well it was poorly made and had a misspelt word, so I was told I had to pay postage for a new one and I did, but in hindsight I should not have paid this as you were contracted to supply an item which was faulty and completely your responsibility to remedy.
