DO NOT SHOP at Withgifts.com. They sold me a sign for $49.99. It arrived cracked in 5 places. They refuse to reimburse me. I have emailed with them 6 times back and forth and finally they agreed to give me 70% refund but only after I ship the broken item back to China on my own money. The item arrived and it is completely broken and scratched and made of crappy plastic. AVOID this scam company at all costs. They will sell you junk and refuse to return and refund even though my item is completely unusable. TERRIBLE ONLINE SHOP!!! NO NO NO.

I spent £56 on two products, the quality was very poor, you can barely see the photographs printed very blurred
Emailed to ask for refund or replacement and was told it’s normal for the photos to print like that and was offered a 10% refund for an unusable product. This was then eventually raised to 30% refund but no more that has still not been refunded

I ordered a pet memorial stake for the garden, I liked the design when it popped up on the google search. After I ordered I read some really negative reviews about products being poor quality and arriving from China broken so I was a bit dubious however the product arrived well packaged and protected and its just perfect. I would recommend and would order again.

I ordered a memorial plaque for our family dog. On its website, it claims it is durable and weather-resistant. It was placed in a pot plant under our patio. It claims "will last years to come". 7 months after ordering it (6 months of having it. It is destroyed the entire image writing everything is gone! My 7-year-old son was devastated. I emailed, because of their "last years to come" claim, saying it is less than a year old and destroyed! They said sorry it is outside the 90-day replacement policy you can order a new one. AS IF I would order something again from a company that has false advertising and terrible customer service.

The personalized product I received had not been checked before sending. The writing in the inside has the first letter of the name on one line and the the rest of the name on the next line. I sent a picture to confirm I was telling the truth. I just wanted a great Father's Day gift for my husband. I was then asked to pay shipping again (another $10) to have a corrected one sent. I decided to just go with a refund instead and was told I could only get a 20% refund. I know it was a mistake but I feel that since it was a mistake made by the seller it should have been corrected at no extra cost to me. I did receive the 20% refund and i will give him the inferior piece. I will not be purchasing anything else from this seller.

The address plaque I ordered was very cheaply made , did not look the same as was in the ad photo. The numbers and letters were so small you can't even see from the street. I sent photos that they requested ,they just said you got what you ordered.
I wanted to exchange it for a different product. Again they said you got what you ordered. I wish I would have checked their reviews before ordering. I don't recommend With gifts they don't stand behind there products, and they don't care about customers satisfaction.
Update
After getting the response on Trustpilot, I contacted Withgifts again , again refused to honor their exchange policy. I've asked for a refund but I doubt I'll ever see it.

It was never delivered and have been told that it was. The pictures that were sent as proof wernt of my house and it was signed by someone I don't know. Have tried to talk to the delivery company and was just told that it was delivered and it wasn't. My mothers day with my mum was ruined.

This company charges for DHL express service and than sends it economy service to Ireland. And it takes ages do not buy from these usual chinese companies they are all in it for ripping of customers and than respond to you with poor English

I have placed the order a month ago and till now I didn't receive the order. I couldn't even trace the location of the order. This is so disappointing as I couldn't get the order as per planned date and it is supposed to be a surprise gift for my family. Now I don't have hope also that I'll get my order and requesting to pay back my money.

Horrid. Ordered a necklace a month ago now- it says "delayed transport" at Heathrow for 2 weeks now. I've contacted the seller and I've been told to wait. Honestly shocked at the poor customer service and no help in finding out why my parcel is stuck at the airport for 2 weeks. Never ordering from here again. Silly how the shipping fee was almost £10 when the necklace was just £20 😭😂😂
