Poor Quality

We were so keen to receive our memorial plaque for our pet who passed away, however the plaque was really disappointing. The image is peeling off and looks awful. Very poor quality. We are very upset about it and yet to hear back on our request for a refund.

AWFUL QUALITY!

I ordered this picture collage stand with light and it is the worst quality product I have ever received. The pictures are extremely pixelated and my eyes look weird in the print job. This was supposed to be a valentine day gift for my girlfriend and it was a huge disappointment.

AWFUL

It’s currently been 3 weeks and 3 days since I placed my order for the custom dog portrait for your cars rear view mirror, a gift for my mom grieving her pup who passed recently… I don’t understand why I paid $10 for 4-10 day shipping when it’s been almost a month?! Very dissatisfied. Will NOT order from here again or recommend to anyone. Awful!!

I tried to cancel my order an hour…

I tried to cancel my order an hour after I placed it as they overcharged me shipping costs. I emailed 3 times and no response apparently the email address didn’t exist. But then a few days later they sent me an email with shipping information with the exact same email I contacted in the first place that I couldn’t get through to! I received the product and it was cheap and scratched and had two blurry photos. It was crap. Again I emailed so I can send it back for a refund and yet again the email didn’t exist. No response

Protective film?? No there wasn’t any on the photo. So stop lying! Funny how I can’t email your company at but on this forum you reply to my review. Have you seen how many bad reviews you have from unsatisfied customers?! That was my mistake in the first place not researching your company on Google before placing an order with you. Live and learn

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought three customized picture frames they were recieved nearly 2 months after ordering. Ordered 1 month before Xmas as gift and got them mid January. Once receiving them the quality is horrible the screws don't even fasten in to wood and have big gaps in them and wood is warped. The clips to hold back plate on broke a few times after moving them so don't think back plate will even stay one. Only screws that stay fastened into wood end up making it hard to even put the back plate on. Products are pretty much worthless and not even worth giving as gift. Would never buy from this place again and I recommend you don't buy anything either.

Not What I Thought

My feedback: you should give the dimensions of this product - my fault for not checking, but looking back online it does not give dimensions. It is so small, I'm not sure how someone puts the little trees in - with a tweezers??? Also, there was no sawtooth hanger included. It was shipped in a flimsy box so it could have fallen out, I guess. This is a $50 dollar item that will not be given as a gift now. I would be embarrassed to give it to someone.
