Very easy to deal with. A quote over the phone gave me a ballpark figure… then the surveyor called and after that I had a firm figure less the grant. Once we ordered and paid a reasonable deposit every thing went smoothly, lead time was 6 weeks and they delivered on time.. the installation team were so friendly from the roofers to the electricians. After sales was like the rest of the process, they even configured the APP. If you are looking at Solar Panels, do consider Wizer, I did and do not regret it

Excellent communication from the office, and teams on the ground were brilliant. Pre-installation survey was very thorough and gave me a clear view of all the options available to me.

From the very start each person we dealt with was brilliant. They provided every piece of information and replied to any queries very promptly. The lads surveying and fitting the system were fantastic. Nice guys, professional and left no mess behind. I would and have recommend Wizer Energy for their service and product.

Thank you so much for getting the two electricians around to us so quickly. They were very knowledgeable, isolated the issue and resolved in a very quick space of time. They were extremely polite and mannerly to go along with it. Very impressed with the customer service. Stuff can and always will break however I'm always more interested in responsiveness and time to resolution. Super job and thanks again.

Absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism.
Shauna was my main point of contact, she explained the system to me and was always on hand to answer any questions or queries that I had. She has a lovely attitude and is very knowledgeable. There was no hard sell and fee's and extras were explained very clearly. We were getting this done in February which was going to have problems when the lads are on the roof, but the turned up when the said and they worked very quickly and no mess. The electricians followed and again very good, everyone was very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Not being the best with technology again I had to rely on Shauna to get me on the right plan and she arranged for the lads to set my battery charging and set the system up for me.

From start to finish they were amazing. I had researched solar panels for a good few years before taking the leap.i knew what questions to ask and they were able to answer them all. They are quick,efficient and clean. The workers were so lovely I'd have them back any time. I'm only sorry I didn't get panels in sooner. They told me to ring anytime if I have any issues. But other then needing help with the app which they sorted for me. I can't find a reason to get them back out.

From the first contact with Martin Desmond through all the process with the Wizer team everything went smoothly. They took care of everything including the SEAI grant and kept us informed at every step and available to answer any questions. They did installation of a Solar PV Sigenergy system which has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Wizer Energy.

Oh my goodness. From the very beginning of our interactions with Wizer energy it was a breath of fresh air.

Wasn't at all too salesy, very consultative and all about finding the best solution for us.

Once we decided, they managed to get us in within a month, bearing in mind we are in Killarney so we were delighted with that.

The team of installers were just so professional. They spoke to us in advance of when they needed to cut the power and as we work from home, they asked us when this would be done as to not impact our working day.
