I gave this a 2 Star Rating rather than 0 or 1 as the person I chatted with online was as helpful as possible owing to Woolworths' reasons. My problem is that I live 1km from my local store and 4.1k... See more

WOOLWORTH A billion-dollar company
WOOLWORTH A billion-dollar company, this is just pathetic.
Honestly, do we need to start a charity for Woolworths so they can afford proper shopping bags?
You pay premium prices, pack your groceries, walk to the car… and the bag splits open in the parking lot. Eggs everywhere. Milk on the ground. Fantastic experience.
Amazing how a company making billions still manages to save money on the one thing designed to carry groceries.
Not asking for luxury — just bags that survive the walk to the car.
What is happening at Wyatt Grove
Wyatt Grove has been my favourite WW store for 7 years but I cannot understand what is happening now. Hardly any staff available for customers but heaps of staff wheeling large trollies around. Some trollies are obviously online orders. The shelves are never anywhere near fully stocked yet there are masses of huge wire stacked trollies full of goods. Today I could not get anywhere near the cheese dairy section. At least 10 huge trollies blocked access except for one customer at a time. Why isnt' the store being stocked and items moved around at night? It is now an extremely difficult and unpleasant experience. Difficult because you cannot get near the items you want because everywhere you go there is a big trolley or a person trying to fill the orders with their trolley. Unpleasant because I constant fear being hit by the huge trollies and it is difficult to manoevre my trolley around all the obstacles. Looking to drive to Joondalup which is much bigger, even though it has the same issue too.
I order Macro low carb bread and got…
I order Macro low carb bread and got probiotic bread instead. The young girl that brought the bread out had no idea what to do when I told her. She looked about 13 years old. After about 4 phone calls the money was refunded. I live out of town and lost half of my Saturday driving into town to get bread that is no good to me. Useless. I wont be using their online ordering again.
Low quality Online orders
I have been a long‑standing online customer of Woolworths, and the recent decline in product quality is unacceptable. Orders are arriving with missing items, expired products, and goods that are clearly below standard. This level of service is far from what customers should expect.
I'm of the opinion that the delivery…
I'm of the opinion that the delivery drivers also deliver parcels for Australia Post or are playing ring the bell and ditch without the ding ding.
On a number of occasions the delivery driver just leaves the shopping at the front door without even ringing the doorbell. It's the middle of summer and theres meat and frozen items. It's food poisoning waiting to happen.
Then theres the fact that the shopping is meant to come between 5pm and 6pm and it gets dropped off at 7:45pm.
Warning audio should be directed at staff not customers
Every time I shop I find the in-store audio messages threatening customers with removal from the store or police, very offensive. I understand the need for staff safety, but this approach is just wrong on every level. Use alternative ways to maintain safety without using an offensive, authoritarian audio warning. If anything you need the audio playing to warn your own staff of their bad behaviour, which I have experienced many times. This audio just gives the go ahead for your staff to behave badly to customers without worry of being reprimanded - now they can just say your behavior is unacceptable and get you to leave. Very convenient isn't it?
I visited Woolworth Settlement city…
I visited Woolworth Settlement city Port Macquarie, didn't have what I was looking for, i could not get out of the supermarket, is it now owned by Donald Trump, I was expecting ice to confront me , Woolworth made me feel like a criminal, is disgusting this is Australia i thought.
Re: Woolies: Marayong (Quakers Court) & Plumpton, both NSW
Re: Woolworths NSW Quakers Court - Marayong - 24 Jan 2026
I went to both above stores today to buy some Australia Day merchandise. Unfortunately, they decided to stop selling it. I'm very unhappy. You just have lost a customer (for all future shopping). I went to Coles Woodcroft and bought what I wanted. Goodbye Woolworths!
I did some shopping online but it did not arrive
I did some shopping online and picked a 50 min delivery window and as I live in a lifestyle village the driver could not find me . The driver phoned and as I was giving him clear instructions as to where to go. The guy did not understand a word I was saying…. He didn’t move then he hung up… I phoned Woolworths… when I told the person on the phone that he didn’t understand a word I saying then she accused me of being racist…. I was only saying that the driver didn’t understand a word I was saying there is nothing racist about that…they said that they will get another driver…. And I will get it in 30 min…. Well that didn’t happen…. I received a text from Woolworths which asking me to phone…which I did and I then received a full refund…. Sorry not good enough…. I tried to do another order only to find out a couple of items were not available which I desperately needed….i am unable to visit the store as I have a mobility issue…
Zero service a Woolworths
on 23 January 25. We noticed a Woolworths delivery that we had not ordered (we never use home delivery) We were home and have a door bell. There was one bag clearly marked chilled left in full sun about 35 celcius, full view from the road .
I tried to contact my local supermarket only to be confronted with an automated answering service, finally managed through the various options then told minimum 30 minutes delay only to be disconnected after about 5 minutes . Tried again and again 30 plus minutes. All the time listening to their promotional blurb. We gave up and put the bags in the car and returned them to Woolworth. I got barely a thank you but was told it was probably a scam. Someone orders, pays and waits for delivery this somehow scams Woolworths??? Why bother.
Good store
Have shopped at Mildura store for a while now and always found items easy and that have good special
I bought Baxter dog straps yesterday
I bought Baxter dog straps yesterday. They smell & my dog didnt want to eat them. She has had them previously and loved them.
I rang the number on the packet ,.which states
"If you or your dog are not completely satisfied with this product contact us for a refund "
WELL, after she told me I needed to agree to other people / places having my details.. ( a good strategy on Woolworths part scaring people into not going further with their grievance )
I just said "you have to be joking "
I hung up on her..
A msg at the beginning of the call said "if our people are abused they will hang up on you " So it seems they have quite a few customers who are irate.
Scare people into hanging up.
What a joke ,
Not the fresh food people
Not the fresh food people. I purchased some navel oranges from the Northmead storeand found Them tasteless and once cut the fruit was pale and not inviting pity i threw away the docket also the telltale stem was dark brown
Thank you Cate at Mitcham Woolworths
Cate at the new Woolworths in Mitcham was excellent in sorting out a refund for me after a couple of JBHiFi vouchers did not activate for my grandchildren Christmas presents.
Although the children were good with the mistake due to an inexperienced staff member putting through the gift cards at the register, we all understood.
Cate was professional and kind apologising for the young staff member and to myself. I cannot speak more highly of her approach to both the new staff and myself.
Sincerely Susan H
1 star because 0 is not an option- even…
1 star because 0 is not an option- even if you forget the criminal way they treat their suppliers- there is minimum choices for customers between their shit “ brand “ and quality products- worst supermarket in Australia ( Marion ) SA .
PS it’s also filthy- I had a shower when I got home
Ai phone 1/10
App & website are good.
Try to ring a person & get the most annoying Ai there is.
When it doesnt understand or comprehend the reason, It fails. BADLY!
Designed by the officestaff & not real people, it needs a LOT of work.
Need to contact a specific store for a reason headoffice never thought of, Ha!!. You're on your own there. Have to lie to get through to speak with a human.
No longer care about the people
No longer care about the people. Sad and greedy investors continue to ruin what used to be a great company. Blackrock needs to be kicked out of the country with the companies they are ruining
Cancelled order at delivery due time

Riverside ,Launceston Woolworths
Riverside ,Launceston Woolworths – overdue for investment
With the Legana Shopping Centre set to receive a $10 million upgrade, it’s hard not to question why Riverside Woolworths continues to be left behind.
The store feels old, tired, and dingy. The fruit and vegetable section rarely looks fresh, shelves are often disorganised, and it’s often difficult to find basic items. Overall, the layout and presentation make shopping here an unpleasant experience rather than convenient.
Because of this, I regularly drive out to Legana or into Launceston to do my groceries instead, simply because the produce there is noticeably fresher and the stores are better organised. That shouldn’t be necessary for a suburb the size of Riverside.
Riverside has a growing population, yet we’re left with a very small, outdated supermarket that no longer meets community needs. It’s disappointing to see neighbouring areas receiving significant investment while Riverside appears to be overlooked.
When will money be spent improving this store? Riverside deserves better. At this point, even the introduction of a Coles or another competitor would be a welcome improvement and give locals real choice.
It’s time Woolworths either invests properly in Riverside, Launceston or makes way for a supermarket that will.
