I gave this a 2 Star Rating rather than 0 or 1 as the person I chatted with online was as helpful as possible owing to Woolworths' reasons. My problem is that I live 1km from my local store and 4.1k... See more

Woolworths- not worth its wool over your eyes

Try to get in contact with Woolworths! Try 'Contact', or 'Feedback' and then good luck - which you won't have since they obviously do not want you to bother them.
And what does that say about a business? Go to the competition, that's what it says.

Online orders a shambles

I placed an online order, half the items were missing. The only way to claim a refund is through their chatbot, which is painfully slow and crashed half way through. Tried calling the 0800 number and that also froze because they're clearly overloaded with complaints. They've understaffed to maximise profits and the customer pays with time and hassle.

Woolworths Food Box Trick

I received an offer of a Woolworths Food Box. I accepted the offer and submitted my credit card details for the required $2.99 delivery fee. Then I was asked to pay an additional $1 management fee! As I felt trapped into paying, I processed my card again - but the payment was refused - 3D Secure Verification Failed. Don't know what they are talking about. Guess I have been taken for a ride with my $2.99 and no Food Box. Happy Christmas from Woolworths.

Worst oysters in Erina, ever !

Asked young fishmonger in Erina if the Pacific oysters were fresh, "YES' was her answer, and FRESH appears on the invoice, BUT.... Had been frozen and were smelly and absolutely awful. Lucky I bought only one dozen!

I wish we still had Jimmy Brings

I wish we still had Jimmy Brings, it was swallowed up by Woolworths and incorporated into MilkRun, as with everything else that gets taken over, customer sevice is the first to suffer, first my delivery was due 13:05, then 13:15 and then 13:25 arrived 13:28. Unlike Jimmy Brings, beer did not turn up cold ready to drink, nor did anything else. Come back Jimmy

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased an expensive item ($450) from Woolworths Marketplace and it has not been delivered. No proactive follow up by Woolworths as it is apparently the responsibility of their 3rd party and Australia Post. All care and no responsibility. Is now 9 days overdue and missing. They do not even know where my item is. But they would like to thank me for my patience and understanding. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Unprofessional conduct by employee Mária New Lynn

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Maria, at the New Lynn Shopping Centre location today.
I was in the process of selecting a wine, and Maria was on a personal phone call throughout this time. More specifically, she was standing directly in front of me, blocking my view of the wines I was trying to examine.
This behavior was highly unprofessional and made for an unpleasant shopping experience. An employee should not be engaged in personal calls while on duty, especially in a position that obstructs the customer's shopping path.
I hope you will share this feedback directly with Maria and provide appropriate training on professional conduct and customer service etiquette while she is at work.

Westpoint has gone down the gurgler

Westpoint has gone down the gurgler. Hubby wasn't able to get the two capsicums I wanted in the shopping on Sunday nor three packham pears. He returned with a huge prepacked bag of giant capsicums, (5) two I cut into were black and rotten on the inside. A 'box of pears' the ones underneath damaged and bruised. Why can't we buy 'singles' anymore and why are you forcing us to 'bulk buy rubbish'??? This is happening more and more. I'm not shopping there anymore. Usually only one checkout open even in busy time and usually 'manned' by someone who couldn't be less interested. I will NOT stand and put all my shopping through self service and get treated like a criminal. Also the 'DOLE' pineapple you're flogging now pushing the Golden Circle aside further, is ABSOLUTE CRAP!! woody, tasteless and disgusting! Does this improve your 'bottom line'?? Another customer beside me said the same thing last week. She was also upset by the lack of concern for customers who've shopped there for years. The whole store looks 'tired' and very uninviting.

I visited Woolworth Gladstone park from my way back from church. I purchased some items. When I returned to the car and while unloading I found the pack of strawberries wet, after examining I noticed some fruits were spoilt. I returned the pack at the counter. The consultant gave me the money back and wanted me to buy another pack. I bought another pack and waited in the queue again to pay. I suggest the management should tell the staff to get the customer to get another pack and come to the counter, This is the procedure at Kmart. Where they tell the customer to get another pack and come back to the counter. This way the customer is satisfied and does not waste his valuable time staying in the queue again.

ALWAYS MISSING AN ITEM

I have been shopping at Woolies online because it's convenient. I don't mind the price of their goods nor the delivery fee because it's still easier for me since I always do bulk orders. I know that missing item/items in orders is possible however in almost all of my online purchase recently, I am always missing an item which is VERY ANNOYING! I hope they can fix this issue!!

Non delivery of frozen items again.

This is the second time in a few months that our frozen food order was missing. The delivery driver informed us of this saying that we would be contacted. This didn't happen so we had to call the 1800 number. We were not offered a re-delivery only a refund which was fine, but our dinner plans had to be changed.

I went into Woolworths Taigum today and…

I went into Woolworths Taigum today and the 3rd week in a row there were no trollies to do our shopping. The thing that tipped me over the edge was a man with one arm and a support dog had to go outside to find a trolley to do his shopping. Coming from the disability sector I was appalled to see this happen After talking to the store manager about this and about the 5 other customers that couldn’t find a trolly. He told me that because it is an outside contractor it’s hard to control. Blame is not what I was after, but it was a customer service issue. What has happened to customer service? Aren’t prices and profit higher enough to give back service to customers? Sorry Woolworths not good enough.

Ordered online at 2:30pm

Ordered online at 2:30pm, now 7:30 pm. Order still not even packed. Rang customer service at 6:30 who gave a pathetic excuse as to why the order has not been completely packed. Now at 7:30 on the phone to customer service again to cancel the order…. 1 hour 30 mins wait time to be answered. Can’t even go out to physically do a shop because waiting on the phone to cancel. I bet a refund won’t be instant either! Now Sunday morning sleep in ruined due to having to go grocery shopping. We paid for a service and didn’t get …. Lift your game Woolworths!! This is not acceptable at ALL

Am so disgusted in Busselton store…

Am so disgusted in Busselton store giving a bad name to a good company in Woolworths. There is so much bullying and toxicity stemming from the deli which is also affecting customers. One particular staff member not only yells at staff but also customers. On one particular occasion throwing a box of hot chucks at a customer. Why has this not been dealt with as it’s not just bullying but poor customer service? This person in the deli has made people cry and be upset. This soo called person needs to be fired on so many levels by what has been observed her. No wonder this store a high turnover of staff.
This is the only store I’ve ever seen or heard of with this behaviour not being dealt with. I think this store needs to be investigated and gone through with a dose of salts.
