Don't user this DATA Provider

Ordered 310000 South Africa contacts, only 19764 real entries, the rest were all duplicates. When I contacted them, they just ignored me. I am now having to commence a section 75 with my credit card provider to get a refund. This should red flag with their payment portal; don't use this service, as they make false promises and will not deliver. Avoid this one.

Trash data and no refunds - what a combo

I bought 300,000 emails from this company - Swiss Data. Not only was the data bad, it was absolute trash. It wasn't even Swiss data - it was from all over the world. I reached out and said there must be some sort of mistake - they apologized and said they were sorry, and they could give me 50,000 emails, just wait - won't take long. I said well 50,000 emails is better than no emails. A few hours later they sent me 50,000 emails. I looked through the data and it wasn't much better. When you have US real estate brokerages or Australian coffee shops on a list of companies in "Switzerland" you know something is wrong. They then offered to give me other data but I'd had enough. I asked for a refund of $209, which was what I paid. They responded with this:

"refund policy is not there told u ...If u want anyother data let me know or else we do have whatsapp services if u want that service let me know"

I don't even know what that means. This company clearly buys their data from different sources and resells it, even when it's trash. Do not trust them. I can back up everything I'm saying here. This company sells trash data.
