Deposit fraud
Had a wonderful time at our Buger based finca when we were there in October 2022. Booked the 5StarsHome finca via booking.com. Unfortunately, although reminded 5 times (!) until now, 5StarsHome has not paid back our deposit of €750, although they have confirmed multiple times that the bank transfer would be taken care of. Big shame after such a great holiday, and still puzzled as to why a company that makes a legit appearance on the internet is actually fraud. Happy to share screenshots, emails and other documents of evidence to other users who are interested in booking with 5StarsHome. Don't do it!
