I placed an order over a month ago and never received any goods, I contacted via Instagram a couple of weeks later to see where my order was and I got a response saying that it could have been lost in the post. They then said that they would send the order out again with a free gift which i thought was fab. However I now still have neither parcels and have messaged numerous times which have all been ignored. I will now have to go through the courier and bank to get a refund. Extremely disappointed as the products sold are lovely. Will now not buy from the site again.
