I recently took delivery of a new bed…

I recently took delivery of a new bed from Arista Living. The bed arrived within the timeframe I was told. It was straight forward to put together and WOW is it comfortable. I would recommend this company to my family and friends and anyone else that would listen, they are a real find

Don’t be fooled by the influencers!

I’m not one to write reviews but I feel the need to warn others about what to expect from this company if your bed is out of stock when you order. We ordered our bed in August with expected delivery the first week of September. I had an email with the delivery slot so waited in only to find a second email that said the time slot was incorrect and our bed wasn’t being delivered. I waited a further 2 weeks then contacted Arista to find out they didn’t have one of the parts needed to make our bed, but they’d be arriving October 30th. The date comes around and shock, the parts now won’t be arriving until the 30th November. Then December, then not until after Christmas. They are constantly coming up with excuses on why there are so many delays so we decided to cancel and try elsewhere. Low and behold we ordered our bed a week ago from another company and now have a bed for Christmas! The only saving grace was they processed our refund really quickly, which thankfully allowed us to shop elsewhere. This could all be avoided if Arista wouldn’t sell products that aren’t actually in stock.

If i could give zero stars i would.

If i could give zero stars i would.. Ordered in August for delivery in October, then two weeks before our delivery date our order had been delayed until late Dec. Then emailed them yesterday and “unfortunately it has been delayed until late January”. I have now cancelled the order and await my refund. Joke of a company - avoid at all costs!! Save yourself some hassle and go elsewhere.

Amazing experience with this company

Amazing experience with this company. They kept me updated throughout my purchase right up to delivery. The sales team were great and the delivery team were really accommodating. Absolutely love my new bed! Looks incredible and has transformed my room

I recently purchased a frame and…

I recently purchased a frame and mattress im so pleased I did. The frame with lift up top has so much storage and my medium firm mattress has given me the best nights sleep in years! Can honestly say I'm over the moon and will definitely buy again!!

NEVER buy from this company

NEVER buy from this company. I have been fobbed off and lied to for months about a delivery date for my bed. I was told this week would be the week and surprise, surprise I've just been told it'll be next week 🙄😂.

Absolute joke of a company!
I really wish I'd read the terrible reviews before I bothered buying. Hindsight is a beautiful thing.

Absolutely shocking customer service if you can even call it that.. polite enough but couldn't care less.

Shocking communication and service…

Website was really easy to use loved creating my own bed. Since then, it has been an awful service. I ordered the bed at the end of august and originally received a date that my bed would start to be dispatched from which was the end of September. It was a long wait but I thought it was worth it as I’d read so many good reviews. I then received an email to say there was a problem with shipping due to strikes and so would be delayed by another two weeks. After the second date they gave me I never received another email from them updating me about their order. I understand strikes happen but the lack of communication was very frustrating. I then filled in a form on their website and received nothing. It wasn’t until I had to find and email customer service that they then said the stock had arrived and my order would be dispatched that week and the delivery company should be in contact with me within 7 days. Over 12 weeks later and I am still waiting for my bed! I never want to leave a bad review but the service and lack of communication has been shocking.

Ordered a bed for my daughter from Arista Living. I found it excellent service from start to finish. The web-site was easy and accessible, the bed delivered promptly and it is of a good quality bed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Purchased from this seller a few times and really like the quality. The latest single bed I got was delivered quickly with fantastic customer service and support. My son absolutely loves his new bed and would definitely recommend .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Contract themselves regarding our bed that had broken (under there 2 year warranty) to still be waiting 3 months later for an outcome. Being told it’s ‘our fault for the one it was assessabled’ but never once being told to try and reassesmble it to see if it helped. 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for my next response all this time whilst sleeping on a mattress because the bed isn’t sleepable. Tried to contact the Ombudsman that they told me to contract to be told they aren’t registered so we can use them… wouldn’t touch them ever again.
