Great company to deal with and really friendly and engaging team. Car was ready and beautifully turned out. Would highly recommend. Was well worth the 700 mile round trip.

Booked my octavia in for an oil change and was told cam belt was due for renewal this I already knew as I had txt from skoda UK...so took car in at 8 was told be ready around 3 ..got bus home and received phone call to say pollen filter needed changed ...then an hour later another call to say brake pads 90 percent worn and advised to change brake discs as well ..told them to go ahead..and I am thinking car will probably not be ready till 5 ...got a call at 2.30 to say car was ready to pick up ...arrived at 3 car sitting in forecourt washed n valeted ..keira showed me my invoice and broke down all the work that had been carried out
As we do a lot of motorway driving and need the car most days I decided to let them do the work instead of shopping around and car off the road for more than a day plus its a one stop shop
Totally impressed by their attitude and professionalism and getting all work done in one day and keeping me up to date by phone calls

We have recently moved to the Gloucestershire area and when we had a problem with our Audi Q5, we took it to this company. They diagnosed the problem and explained it in great detail, but didn't charge us, despite time on the ramp and the technician's time and knowledge. It was wonderful to encounter such friendliness and expertise from all of the staff we met. We wouldn't consider using anyone else now for our car and would like to congratulate them for their approach and professionalism.

Paul took us through all the features of our new Audi and ensured we were happy with everything before leaving. Everyone is super friendly and professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audi Technik Centre to all friends and family and will probably return in future (quite the commute from Cambridgeshire but worth it for the customer service and quality!)

I would echo the view that they have terrible customer after care service. I would NOT recommend this garage. There seems to be a common theme with complaints of cars being sold with faults. I bought a Q2 at 18k from them and from the moment it left the garage it had problems. Namely the air con unit needed replaced as it was leaking which cost £900 and other issues. I suspect they were well aware of this issue and ignored the repair before selling the car. Reported the faults within the 3 month warranty period and they refused to honour the repairs by telling me they had no space to book the car in before the warranty expired, they provided me with a date a few days outwith the warranty expiration date and I niaively thought they would honour it given I had reported it 4 weeks before I could get an appointment. I had a very bad experience and i would never recommend this garage. I'm taking it further with the Good Garage Scheme they are a member of and the Ombusdman. Feeling very ripped off. I have never experienced such a service in 30 years of buying cars. They will make untruthful statements about you not returning calls or offering to collect your car, which is absolute nonsense, why would I refuse my car to be collected, repaired and returned - utter nonsense !! They will say anything to avoid their liability. Their response is a wholly inaccurate and very unprofessional attempt to blame the buyer and I totally dispute their statements about contacting me 6 times !! I should have gone to a reputable garage instead of back street cowboys. Stay clear you've been warned. Just to add that following my review the salesman involved sent me a very attacking personal email which is something I wouldn't expect any business to send to a customer

My son's A5 Cabriolet went in as his radio was not working, he paid £96 to have a diagnostic check. It came back as the radio head faulty. They wanted £2300 for the repair. My son is a student and looking to sell the car as he can't afford to run it now. He had it replaced with the same radio from Ebay, he called the garage and they were happy to have the car in to remove the component protection. He paid another £96 for that also. He picked the car up on Friday as the garage called saying it was all working fine. He got home and said there is no sound from anything in the car, he called the garage and they were not interested with his complaint. The car went in to have the component protection removed as the sound was coming on and off every few seconds, everything else worked on the MMI- CD-Media-etc. I went in to talk to them face to face explaining that the car went in with sound working, only the radio was not working properly. I was told maybe something went wrong with the sound when my son picked the car up- really! He was not interested in accepting something must have happened when they were working on the car- sound working going into the garage- NO sound coming back out! Wasn't interested in trying to help out my son at all, looking for another £96 to run another diagnostic, shocking customer service. Did not want to know or want to help at all. Just interested in taking the money. Would never go back to this place just after your money and take no responsibility at all- even when it is them that caused the problem.

Coming from a customer service background myself I'm very aware of the level of customer service provided by others.
Right from the moment I spoke to the sales staff at AudiTechCentre in Glasgow I was super impressed. Everyone took an interest in me and my needs and wanted to make sure I understood all the key benefits of the car I was buying and should I need their help or services they were there to help.
As a woman car buyer I felt under no pressure to buy. They gave me all relevant information and time to consider.
This is a company I will come back to when it's time to renew my car. I feel their customer service was first class.

I had a coolant leak a while back and took my car to ATC to be repaired. Because of the way they helped me and sorted things I said I would take my car back for a Full Service. This I did today.
Yet again I was NOT disappointed with ATC. Everything clearly explained, I was kept informed at all times and when I picked up the car it was cleaned as well! They also update the AUDI database so it the service was fully registered and recorded.

Thanks again for yet another great experience.

Was looking to buy a new car and after having no luck with the big dealerships, I came across Audi Technik Centre.

Customer Service was spot on. To me first impressions are everything and with these guys, we were welcomed straight away. Paul and Stuart did an absolute brilliant job in showing me the ins and outs of the car and we’re very good to deal with. At no point was there any pressure put on to buy the car (Sadly you see this a lot with other BIG names) Cannot fault their customer service at all.

For a used car you would expect some wear and tear depending on the age of the car but when I seen their cars they were all more or less in immaculate condition (looked just like new cars). The cars have been well looked after.

When I went to collect my car, Paul took the time to explain the different functionalities of the car as well answering any questions in mind.

You can tell that these guys are not only serious about selling used cars but also keep the customer in mind as well.

It is a shame to see that not everyone provides this level of Customer Service especially the bigger names in the Car industry.

Would highly recommend Audi Technik Centre if you’re looking for a nice presentable car.

Everything wen't well buying my new car from these guys. No pressuring sales tactics and the sale was straight foward and quick turn around for collecting the car.

My fiancé and I recently bought a VW Tiguan from David and Paul at Audi Technik and the service was first class from start to finish. They not only sold us a gorgeous car in pristine condition they also gave us advice on where best to sell our other cars for the best price. They even stayed late so we could pick up our new car after work meaning we could get it much sooner. Could not fault these guys, communication was excellent and their knowledge is endless, very impressed!

Excellent buying experience from an excellent team, who have fantastic product knowledge and many years experience in the motor trade. No hard sell, just straight forward advice and information provided to allow you to make your own decision in your own time. The cars are prepared well above industry standard and the workshop is fantastic.

I have used this garage services for a number of years and always been excellent. When it came time to sell my car (company car coming) they offered really fair price and the process was seamless. All dealings professional and transparent

Bought a car from this garage and it was so simple and an absolute delight, no high pressure sales, relaxed , friendly staff, excellent choice and stock of cars in that are all professionally valeted so you see them as they should look, I would highly recommend this garage if you are looking for a good quality car. Got my new car from Audi Technik Centre and would like to thank Stuart and his team. They were so professional, friendly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Car is immaculate and was a great price, the car is just perfect for me! Will definitely be back in the future!

I came across Audi Technik via a search online whilst I was considering selling my car. I initially spoke to William who was very helpful who then put me on to Paul. I sold my vehicle to Audi technik and the whole process was seamless and Paul kept me informed along the way given it was a long distance sale. To anyone thinking of buying or selling their car then I would not hesitate for a second in recommending these guys.

Just bought a car and part exchanged mine, David had been great the whole way through the process easy to contact and communicate with. Paul gave us the handover and no issues at all. Would highly recommend.
