BAck in action is legiiit. One of the best companies for furniture out there. Cost-quality is amazing, you can just feel the quality. Delivery is not that fast, but they delivered, so i cant complain.

Fantastic customer service - company recognises you cannot make instant decisions about what is and isn't comfortable for your condition. This is helped by their stock of alternative products to try. They also know their stuff and can offer helpful suggestions.

Very helpful and informative staff. Helped me buy a riser recliner chair for my mum, filled out a VAT exemption for her based on medical conditions and helped my husband load it in the car.

I needed arch support shoes... the shoes I ordered are comfortable but probably not giving me much support... however they are very comfy .
I still need to wear insoles..

I had my first encounter with Back in Action in early 2022. Too much sitting in a so-called office chair, wfh during the pandemic resulted in an uncomfortable combination of muscular issues and sciatica. I visted the Marlow store and had a lengthy discussion with the founder, and was guided to choosing an Actulum chair. Follow up service and delivery was flawless and within days my back was improving. It was so good, I have just bought a second one, this time simply through the website and once again service, delivery and follow-up was flawless. I recommend them to all my friends with back problems!

After suffering many years of uncomfortable seating and intermittent back issues, I discovered Back in Action in Amersham. I was unprepared for the superb level of service and commitment I received in this store. I had the good fortune to be seen by Polina, who was exceptionally pleasant and informative. Not only did she help me find a suitable chair, but she also offered invaluable advice on posture and general back care, including introducing me to the best pillow I've ever had. She's truly an expert in her field. I've had my Stressless chair for a few months now and am delighted with it. I would go as far as to say it's changed my life for the better. So much so, that my husband has just ordered another for himself. Our only problem is that when our youngest son visits he makes a bee line for the Stressless!
Hats off to Polina and all at Back in Action for the remarkable work they do. I should add that if anyone is considering visiting the shop, rest assured you will be under no pressure whatsoever to buy anything.

I rented the Mobiliser for 1 month and what a difference it made, I am only sad that I can’t afford to buy one! Renting is definitely a good option.

Have visited the Amersham store a few times over a couple of months and each time we have received EXCEPTIONAL service! We needed advice for my son who has a back problem resulting from far too many hours spent on his laptop. He is autistic so it is hard to get him to change to a different way of sitting. However he loves his new chair and it is a great success. Jeremy took a long time and was very patient with him explaining the benefits of this type of chair.

On a subsequent visit we dealt with Sianna and she was so helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. We will definitely speak with her about further purchases.
