Very bad service from bajjao

Very bad service from bajjao. They fool customers. They only show 5 star reviews. Very bad experience. I had purchased a guitar but due to some issues I wanted to return the product but they told I will have to ship the product & also they will deduct 15% from the total value as per their return policy. Never purchase from Bajjao. Definitely you will suffer. & most important thing their reviews are totally fake. they only show 5 star reviews.

i ordered bag on 6 oct 2019 9 oct i got sms from fedex courrier service told me your parcel will be deliver on 11 oct still today 12 oct i not get the product and call on customer service they not attend call in 7-8 time try u need wait for pickup my phone after half hour try now they told me your courrier will be arrive on 14 oct why they not care customer time value.i already paid for this order otherwise i will cancelled the order.i live in same city mumbai and bajaao office in bhiwandi they taking time 12 days for a guitar bag delivery u imagine how this company care about customer time value.Now never buy any product in future Worst Courrier Service.

Think twice before you buy.

Purchased alto saxophone (Startone SAS-75). Bad experience. Very hard to blow. Can't be played at very low note/scale. Octave key is not in proper alignment. Bajaao.com don't show negative reviews of products on its web site. Only 5 star reviews are shown against this product even after my comments.

Worst experience.

Worst experience.
1. I booked fender stratocaster for 25000
2. After 15 days they called me and said item NA hence they are intitating refund. I said ok. They said it takes 7 days. I said ok.
3. They callwd me after 5 days and said item is avl do u want i said refund my money.
They said it takes another 8 days from that day i asked why i have already asked for refund from your previous call it is already 5 days, they daid it is company policy.
4. They are fraud. They do not have the item in stock but simply advertise. They collect advance from customer and after 15 days they say they refund the money but keep calling again.
5 worst music store.

Pathetic customer service - order no 190077.. Very bad service never buy from here!!

Very very bad experience with bajaao.Com.
My order no - 190077. Customer service is pathetic. I have not received the order yet. They make all false promises. I doubt they will even set up the guitar that I have ordered. There is no proper tracking or status mechanism for us. Overall very bad unprofessional company. I will never buy from here nor will I suggest anyone to buy from here.

They buy from other stores and sell it for more price.recently i bought a violin for 20k which market price in shalu music is like 13k.... seriously cheating like hell..... I wont suggest anyone to buy products from here...instead go to shalu or alberto music for a good deal.....

Miserable service

Right from delivering my consignments to after sales service, I've only faced inconvenience and loses. Definitely something which was absolutely not expected from you'll being such a big name in the market. With all faith I decided to have you'll help me get such expensive equipments but not once did I feel satisfied. Be it communication, follow up or feedback, everything lacked attention. You guys messed it up big time for me. Very very disappointed. I'm forcing myself to not take names... Every telephonic communication felt like no one cared. Follow ups were so late, even after explaining the depth of the situation. You guys messed your own after sales policies up. Really shameful guys.

Very bad customer service I purchased thonet and Vander 2.1 speakers from this online and my one speaker is not working properly and this product is under warranty and they given me vendor phone number and email address.vendor phone number is not working and no reply from mail I'd and I complent so many times but no reply I suggest u not to buy from bajoo website.

Never buy any products from Bajaao…

Never buy any products from Bajaao .com.

I purchased PA Bluetooth speakers from them. On the website, it was showing that I will receive my products within 5–6 business days but it took them 20+ days to deliver.

The customer service told that it’s not their fault but of FedEx, the courier service provider.

The conclusion: Do not buy from them. They are not trustworthy at all.

I had ordered Fender Squier Strat from this website, I really advise everyone to not buy anything from this website,
1st there was no dispatch date estimate for my order and after that it kept changing for more than 5 time in a month and
I still do not have my guitar.
Customer Care is very very bad they provide false information each and every time I called them as every time I got different answers from different customer care executive.

Bajaao in 2018 ! My experience

I was interested in buying a nylon electric guitar in medium price range.
On Bajaao i got three options with similar specs 1) Cort Sunset nylon 2) ESP Nylon String
3) Harley Benton Custom Line Nashville Nylon .

On 25th December got a great deal for the third one, hence instantly booked it online.
It clearly mentioned that guitar dispatches in 16 business days.
Hence started tracking my order as soon 12th Business day ended and Bajaao people were kind enough to inform me about my order , of course you have to chase up with them and not vice a versa , as same for all e-commerce companies .

Since i was only 500 kms away from Mumbai , i decided to head up towards Bajaao's Andheri office & the manager was kind enough to give a short tour of the office and various sections right from QA , Packaging , Cust Support and Software Development team.
I received my guitar at my door step on the 14th business day ( Under promise , Over deliver example set by these people) . Guitar was in perfect shape , perfect gloss and action, packaging was tight with enough fillers ,used two boxes keeping in mind guitar coming straight from Europe and further till customer,
Plugged it into Roland cube and sounded as expected ! Beautiful !! Nylon Electric !! :) .
Cant wait to use in on stage now.
