Please do not order from here .

....so i placed my order and on 22nd oct 2016.after 5 days no details of dispatch and tracking.so i called them and they said they're looking into it.after 3 more days which is 8th day of my order they say my product will be shipped on 7th nov.i am like "what the f***"!!..i mean what's taking so long to dispatch it?,delivery is different thing but what about shipping the product.these guys take 16 days to ship an item after confirming.well that kept me wondering if the shipping took so long then what 'bout the delivery??i think it might take another 15 days which altogether is a month.being an impatient guy i cancelled it,ordered the same item from snapdeal on october 31st morning and they gave me tracking and shipping details the next day.i received my product yesterday on 7th nov in perfect condition i,e also in cash on delivery.Bajaoo.com?,i wouldn't recommend it unless you are a patient guy.

took my payment and product is delayed for infinity

i ordered A Vocal guard for sound recording .i ordered my product on call conversation with an agent of bajaao.com. he confirmed my booking and sent me payment link on my email.(i asked - can i do cash on delivery
his reply - sir we have a offer for Diwali , so if you pay right away you will get 15% cash back .
i agreed on that and same time i asked how much time will it take for this product to deliver- he said maximum 12 days .

now today 7/11/2016
i called them i asked for my product , no information , they called me back as i have requested to call me back with update. so i get to hear you product will be dispatched on 17th :D lol.
now i asked for compensation for delay
they reply sir your product value is very low (5400) :D so we cant compensate . so now the situation is - i paid , i wont get compensation ,and i will have to wait i dont know may be for years to receive my product . worst service . ps this h as happened 3rd time with me with bajaao :(

Most hopeless after-sales team ever experienced

I got good offer in the product. It was actively delivered in a good packing.

However there was a minor issue in the guitar which was delivered - there is a buzzing sound very clearly audible in the 2nd & 3rd frets of 1st, 2nd and 3rd string (and also in some of the frets of 6th string). Hence I thought of replacing the guitar through their 14 days replacement policy. I was aware that they have a policy that if you want a replacement/return, you need to properly pack the guitar and send it back. Hence I stored all their original packing properly. I asked friends as well as searched internet to see if there is a way in which I can solve the buzzing problem myself. However I got advise to get the replacement from everyone. So on the 12th day, I sent them a mail to arrange for the replacement. They were quick enough to arrange for the replacement. I myself did all the packing for the guitar, using the original packing boxes, bubble pack etc. The product was picked up from my home. Then there was absolutely no response from them for more than 1 week. When I checked with them, they say that their team could not find any problem with the guitar, however if I still insist they will charge 15% of the product cost to do the replacement because the packing was not proper. I tried all my best (through emails & phone) to convince them, but all my pleas feel into deaf ears. (I am playing guitar since last 25 years, and they were trying to convince me that there is absolutely no problem with the guitar) Finally I asked them to send my product back as-it-is. So after some 15 days I got back my guitar, as-it-is, with the problem still existing, as-it-was since the beginning.

So my 2 paisa advice to the buyers is that you are likely to get a good deal on the website of Bajaao, however there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get a good product. They have a crap after-sales team which would twist their crap policies, to make sure that you as a customer is left cheated at the end of the day.

PS: One more related issue, I forgot to mention: The day when the product was picked up for replacement, I sent an email to the aftersales team that guitar's case, tremolo and allen key is with me. As I need a replacement, not a refund; hence you may exclude these items in the replacement guitar. The immediate reply to this email of mine from their after sales team was that this is against our policy, you should have shipped the product with all the accessories. Now the replacement depends on our warehouse team. I was surprised to read this email . I replied them that please inform your warehouse team, I am sure they will be able to take care, as this is replacement, not refund. To this they kept on informing their standard copy-paste response about their crap policy of deducting 15% product cost. So all-in-all one of the MOSTEST CRAPIEST after sales team I have ever encountered.

SO MY ADVISE ONCE AGAIN IS: If music is really your passion, DO NOT BUY FROM BAJAAO.

Very fraud n unfriendly customer support

Never buy from bajao. I had horrible experience. Products are substandard and take much longer time to deliver. Even if products are not delivered for months, they don't take cancellation request. They have logistics tie up with first Flight which is another bad courier service. Once sold, it's very difficult to return the product, as customer care don't help at all. Very bad experience. This site should be banned.

Very Bad Service and Worst Customer Support

I used this site and had very very bad experience. I will not recommend anyone to use this site ever. Go for other sites like flipkart, amazon or you can use snapdeal as well but never go for this site. You can neither track properly nor cancel the product and customer support are very confusing. Totally disgusting.!!

Frauds Selling old products

I have recently purchased a Fender Acoustic Guitar 140SCE (all mahogany ), the packing was very decent, the impressions started falling to bitterness when i examined the product, it was hardly new, lot of scratches on the guitar, the knobs where glued up a lot with black grease, the neck of the guitar had a crack. Over all while playing the guitar there was a lot of fret buzzing sound even when i changed the new strings under a technician. He had told me that the wiring of the guitar has been repaird and is not factory fitted. I just wondered How cheap BAJAAO.com has behaved with sending an instrument in this way. I called up the customer servicethe next day i got the product (which is before changing strings), their customer service was very third rated by showing rasicm through imitating Tamil Language as well as calling out my name is a funny way. This lost complete hope on such a website which is doing a fraud marketting and selling the instruments to the customer till their money is reached. I called the cheap company repeatedly and they hardly ignored my call. I'm sure this pathetic-cheap company won't last for long but may the company's fall become a better news. Will be taking this news forward to the social media.

Pathetic customer service. Bajaao is a fraudulent site.

Ordered a Shure microphone and a cable for it. The person that I talked to while making the purchase told me that the cable is compatible with the microphone. When I received the product, the cable wasn't compatible with the microphone at all. Also, the MRP sticker of the cable was ripped off but I could still see clearly that the cost of the cable was Rs 220 when Bajaao actually charged me Rs 320 for the cable. Basically, they tried to charge me 100 rupees extra and tried to hide the MRP. When asked about this to the After Sales department, they said "We would like to inform you that we import these cables and to avoid the currency issue while audit, we take out the price tag and in no way we over charges our customers." Would you see the MRP of a product erased if you visit any store in India regardless of what you're purchasing? Also, I didn't know that I had to return the cable so I threw the carton it came in. Now while returning, they asked me to give it in the carton because if the cable reached them in a damaged condition, they'll deduct 15 percent from the refund of a product that they overpriced. Hello fraudulent people. Please don't ever purchase anything from Bajaao unless you want to waste your precious time and money.

worst experience ever

I ordered FENDER SQUIER AFFINITY SERIES FAT STRAT guitar in mirror black color a week ago from bajaao... order was confirmed .. didn't get it delivered, so called the customer service and they said we don't have this guitar in stock.. you can cancel the order and buy a different one .. if you don't have then why didn't you call and informed me earlier.. i'm waiting like a fool for last 7 days... and if you don't have then why does it still showing available on your website... **Beware .. never prepay for anything --- order on cod only or your money can get stuck for who know .. i just don't trust this website...

Great shopping experience

One of a very unique kind of website in India which encourages new musicians to buy musical instruments at their convenience. A wide range of products to choose from. I have experienced a good shopping experience as there was a lot of personalisation which I felt and the customer service rep easily understood what my requirement was.

The site kept me waiting on my electro classical guitar for 1 month and then told me to forget about the guitar as due to SOME reasons they couldn't deliver it.

Waste of time.

Bajaao.com really sucks big time.
I had placed an order for a keyboard (Casio CTK 7300IN) on 5th Jan 2016, and I didn't get any confirmation message or mail. And after 7 days, I called them exactly 12 times and it just kept ringing, then finally a female answered it (only the 12th time.) And told me that my order was cancelled due to some quality issue. And later, I received a call again from bajaao saying that the product was cancelled due to no stock in inventory. And they had not sent a message or a mail regarding it before. Only when I called, they told me it was cancelled.
Customer Care sucks too. I called more than 5 times everyday at different intervals of time and no one seemed to answer the call.

Worst company i have ever seen.

Fake promises made by them referring to as priority shipping. They can't even deliver a guitar . Such losers . And the customer care agents are so fake . Is it a business or a joke ? Or are you guys just fooling around ? Or maybe a fake website . No updates , nothing . Such disgusting people . There's two words for all of the people associated with Baajao.com. Get lost !

Hopeless & Unprofessional

They mentioned the product will get dispatched in 5-8days.
But in my case i waited for 25days and there is no update.
I was continuously behind customer care support regarding my product, they are such a bunch of unprofessional people, they always gave me a fake promise about delivery and disconnect the call.
The best part is every time you call them ,the coming Monday would be your delivery date and unfortunately that Monday has never come for me.
when i asked to give their higher authorities contact, they said they will arrange callback. again that was a fake promise.
So over all i feel Bajaao is fooling cutomer's just taking our money and playing around with it without delivering the product.
the customer support is completely hopeless.
Never go with BAJAAO.

Still haven't received my product!

It has been 14 days since i placed my order and still haven't received it. I made online payment and i fear they won't even refund my money. Been calling them like crazy but still i get only automated replies and nothing else. Also sent mails and got no reply from them. Hate this company.

Best online Selling site for musical instruments!

I live in Pune and we do not really have many musical instruments stores here. There are a few but the selection of instruments and accessories is very poor. So to buy anything I had to travel all the way down to Mumbai.
The best part about Bajaao is that they have excellent selection in all the musical instruments categories. Also their customer support team is extremely helpful. They actually help you buy the right fit for you. The delivery time and the packaging was also right up to the mark. I would definitely recommend this website. Along with that face that they have a great collection of instruments for people to choose from! This site is a definitely a yes if you are a musician.
