Still have not received goods
Still have not received goods. Goods have been in Australia for a couple of weeks and .......have written and asked what is happening ...... polite but blamed carrier .... needed goods for kids craft in a shopping centre ........disappointed is not the word.......change your carrier........

I ordered these items thinking it was… an Australian site and would receive in 5-7 business days
I ordered these items thinking it was an Australian site and with postage saying 5-7 business days. Ordered these as gifts for children at a childcare service for Christmas party which is this Friday. It is up to 21 business days and I still have not received the items. I sent an email last week to find out what is going on and still no update to where they are. I am in a town with no shops to buy presents from for the children so now I will have very disappointed children. Will never use this business again or recommend to anyone else.

SPOILT FOR CHOICE - GREAT VARIETY
I was happy to find such a variety of things to keep little hands busy and minds active.
By mistake, I purchased a massive bag of stickers for my granddaughter but she is so excited to be able to share them with her friends that it was more than worthwhile.

Damaged Items Posted - refusal to replace or refund
Items were packed damaged by Baker and Ross. Damage did not occur during transport as the other items and the box were undamaged. Clearly the items were packed knowing that they were damaged. Emailed the company, and supplied images showing damage, and they refused to refund or replace unless I sent back the damaged item AT MY COST. I should not have to spend money sending items back when they are at fault in the first place by sending damaged stock. They should stand up for their customers and products and fix a problem they caused and not ask the customer to spend money fixing their error.

Disappointed
The website was easy to use and the prices were great however I have not received my products yet. The main reason I chose to order through Baker Ross was that I needed the items by a certain date which according to their website fell well within. After speaking to the postal company, I was advised it was a further 10 days from when the goods arrived in the country. The website did not indicate these products were being shipped from the UK and that the lead times would in fact be weeks long earned than 7-10 days. I have now had run around to purchase other items to use for my event. I'm sure this would have been a product and shop, however... Don't trust the delivery timeframes.

I love Baker Ross products however as I…
I love Baker Ross products however as I am only a casual buyer these days I don't buy big quantities. The last 2 orders of ceramics arrived broken due to bad packaging. BR were very good at refunding. My biggest problem is the very big shipment cost and have therefore begun to look elsewhere. The warehouse is 2 hours away from me, the shipment is sometimes nearly as much as the order.

Great range, good prices
Only stockist I could find with the speciality art material I needed. Good pricing, great range, prompt despatch. My only criticism is the size of the box the items arrived in - 2 x A4 packets less than 1cm thick were rattling around in a box nearly 20cm deep!
