I had a great experience ordering from Baker Ross Ireland. The website was very easy to use and ordering was quick and straightforward. Delivery arrived on time and everything was packaged really well.
The products were excellent quality and great value for money. The kids absolutely loved the crafts...they were fun, easy to use, and the colours were vibrant with plenty included. Even I enjoyed doing them with them!
The finished pieces are really special and something I’ll keep for a long time. Overall, a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Inadequate packaging
I ordered a set of 6 porcelain vases. When they arrived one was broken as they were inadequately packaged. They needed bubble wrap to protect them. I emailed BakerRoss twice and received no reply.

Bubble wands were tiny and ridiculously expensive. I purchased giant wands for same price on Amazon as the tiny ones are useless. Beyond disappointed. Won’t order from baker Ross again. Absolute rip off.
