Do not trust Banfield

Do not trust Banfield. We were fraudulently induced into a wellness plan "contract" and were told it covered services it does not cover. Further, our cat was misdiagnosed on his first visit, and was prescribed medications that were not needed. The plan was pitched as a "membership" - and at no time were we told it was a binding, unbreakable contract. We are now taking every avenue of recourse to get the contract cancelled without financial penalty. The way the contract is sold is clearly violative of the DTPA. DON'T FALL FOR IT!
