Very bad experience with Banfield…

Very bad experience with Banfield concerning Trifexis and Simperica flea, tick and heartworm prevention. It appears Trifexis does not work when I travel to the country, my dogs became infested with fleas, constantly scratching, so when I returned to Houston I went to Banfield on Eldridge Rd here in Houston TX to see if I could get First Shield placed on them because it has worked in the past, well guess what, Banfield took it out of their hospitals and placed it online for 50 bucks w/o tax, so I asked what my next option would be, it was Simperica, I paid 18.46 for the prescription, Wednesday I was told I paid to finish off the Trifexis payments, today I was told it was a fee to have the Trifexis removed and Simperica put in place, three different stories, none of them on the same page. I had been trying to have the Simperica removed for two weeks now, unsuccessfully, poor customer service from the practice manager Olivia at this location, emailed Banfield cares team, no response and was finally told by rep at Banfield corp office yesterday I could have the remaining boxes I haven't received removed and just pay for the box I already have, well Banfield hospital support told Wilkiam at Eldridge location that I eould have to pay 127.00 today to have those other boxes removed because its a package deal,@@@##!!$$??, again everyone not on the same page, so I am stuck paying an extra 20.00 a month for flea and tick prevention that doesn't work for the next 7 months, I called and canceled the renewal for both my pets plans and will tell anyone I know, watch the loop holes when dealing with Banfield Wellness plans, you want 20.00 a month so bad you would risk loosing a customer, for Banfield my money is probably just a drop on the bucket, just remember word of mouth and online reviews will hurt you eventually and I will make sure the whole world knows how I was treated behind 20.00, just petty.
