Banning Banfield

I accidentally clicked one star. But meant to NOT click a star at ALL. I’m so disappointed in their service. Ugh. If my baby(4 year old Great Dane having dental cleaning done under anesthesia) isn’t back to normal by tomorrow I’m gonna be very upset. Aside from that there were other issues with the entire process/appointment etc. I went to check on him and see if he was ready after being there for almost 8 hours. they said he wasn’t ready and to come back in a couple hours. Called and felt like I got attitude for checking on my baby. Something told me I needed to actually see him so I went back in and asked if I could see him/check his temperament. He looked half dead and could barely stand. They said because they gave him a sedative. Why? He’s is here to be put under anesthesia for dental work. So why did y’all give him a sedative(separate from anesthesia for procedure) after I requested to see/check on him after being there 8 hours?
