This is about the Banfield Pet Hospital…

This is about the Banfield Pet Hospital in Hyde Park, Ohio (Cincinnati)
When you have a MAJOR problem with pet I would think your VET could find a way to find a minute to let you know Xray results etc. Its been 3 GD days and I can't get a return call no matter what, repeatedly getting promises I would get a return call NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!
Under staffed is NO excuse for this! Stop making appointments and taking clients money!!!
I am cancelling my 3 dog subscriptions and plan to report this gross neglect to the attorney general of Ohio!
I want my money returned as well!
This "business" should be shut down!
