Run don't walk AWAY from this pet hosptal

Do NOT go to this pet hospital if you reside in Norwalk CT! I had a yearly exam for my cat at this facility. I arrived at 2p, checked in my pet, and was informed of all the procedures that would be done to her that day & was told it would take about 1-2hrs. I had a dental appt. at 2:15 right down the road from this hospital. I no sooner sat in the dental chair when my phone was blowing up. I left the dentist to find 2 VM and 4 text messages to pick up my cat immediately & since I didn't come when they first called I was going to be charged $85 for hospital stay!? The phone calls began at 2:30p, which means that NOTHING was done to my pet because no yearly exam is performed in 25mins. In addition, when I got home I found a syringe unused and filled with fluid along with a stool specimen cup also clean and unopened in my carrier. Which confirms NO EXAM was performed - yet I was threaten with an $85 fee which I didn't pay, and also my insurance was charged for a physical that was NEVER done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!
