The prices are fantastic, and especially so as I bought my items in the sale. I ordered on Sunday night and they had arrived by Tuesday in perfect condition and beautifully wrapped. Free delivery too. I cannot fault Barratts at all.

Sizing Way out!. Barratts say 40 is a 7, but clearly too small. 40 is 6.5. All pairs sent back .41 is a size 7!!

Sent only part of the order. Upon enquiry they did not have a clue as to why only part of the order was sent. Said will find out after the weekend and inform. Found it bit unprofessional.

Ordered shoes in the sale , shoes arrived promptly , they are cushion walk and I really do feel like I am walking on air, I can actually walk faster when wearing these shoes !!!

Having many years ago lived in Northampton and being a regular visitor to the Barratts Shop It was with some trepidation that I purchased my two pairs of shoes from the site recently. What a fool.! The quality of the shoes is as it was then, is still absolutely superb and the craftmenship is obvious to see Take that with the brilliant price deals available, I am totally impressed and would recommend Barratts to anyone without reservation

As title now I've to pay for their mistake by posting/returning shoes

I am still waiting for the boots to be delivered, and have contacted barratts customer services a few times trying to resolve the issue.
I was assured the boots were due for delivery on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no delivery!

Made 2 separate orders. One wasn't processed and I had to chase them up to deliver. Both parcels returned and had to chase the refunds up 2 weeks after they'd been returned. Not a great internet shopping experience, I wouldn't use again

The ordering process and payment experience was good, the order receipt notification was quick. Since then..... nothing. No goods, no notification of delay, no notification of despatch, nothing. If there is going to be a delivery delay it should be immediately advised, if despatched then the despatch method and courier, and if possible tracking details should be advised.
Update - I contacted customer service who were extremely good and very helpful and I eventually received my goods. The problem was that the courier had not been given my contact tel no on the original delivery - suggest that this be supplied with all deliveries as a matter of routine to avoid this in the future.

Ordered a pair of Gumbies blue horizontal stripe flip flops only to be told on the day of delivery there was none in stock. Why advertise when none are available !!!
Ordered a different pair and arrived 3 days later. Checked other sites for same flip flops and found they do free delivery . £3.99 is expensive for delivery.

almost instant delivery with great quality shoes. Except the kids jellies, they fell apart instantly, didn't even get a full days wear out of any of them :-( other than that, fantastic!

I have been a satisfied customer with Barratts for some considerable time. During this time I have been impressed with their range and choice of footwear, as well as value for money. Delivery is always reliable and prompt.

Order placed 10 days ago. Still waiting for the goods. Have not received any communication from Barratts regarding expected delivery date.

Prompt delivery and easy returns. I had a problem with a package not turning up and they dealt with it very efficiently and to my satisfaction.

I ordered 2 pairs if shoes and had to return both pairs as not quite big enough. Returned second class parcel post via post office...and then worried that I had not sent them recorded delivery. However....I have now been refunded after I enquired via customer services. I had to spend almost £3 for the postage which was a pain... But no other issues.
