Absolutely shocking service. The delivery still hasn’t arrived. Who ever you use for delivery should be replaced. First time went to complete wrong address. I then provide a what three words reference. The courier then said they tried again twice but I was in on each occasion and none turned up. Note they are trying to charge me extra for another delivery. Ridiculous. I won’t buy online from these guys if they are still using the same delivery company. As to the quality of the goods, I couldn’t say as I haven’t recited them yet. !!!
Terrible service. Ordered a tap only for the warm water not to work on it, have to call a plumber out and despite numerous exchanges they still continue to bat back and forth with excuses defending themselves. They’ve sent out wrong parts, take days and weeks to reply to mails, don’t answer the phones. I now have the ops manager looking into my complaint who is on the defensive about it all.
I’ve never known such a poor service and the fact you have to fix your own tap if it’s faulty is beyond me!!
Had exactly the same issue as Sarah Duggan (another recent reviewer not known to me)- I ordered a £185 bathroom mixer set and paid extra for a faster deliver which arrived late - the product arrived not in a new condition so contacted their customer service (you can only do this by email) - after much chasing and poor communication they sent a pre paid barcode for £11 to return the goods - they they sent me an inconclusive unpacking video and some unclear photos showing minor scratches resulting in no refund - they then wanted £6.95 to return the goods to me - the product originally arrived in the condition it was returned in and not used by me so the additional minor scratches must have happened their end - the photos and inconclusive video have now expired from their link - Bathroom House are the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered online and seems no return or refund was ever intended as mysterious scratches appear when they receive goods back - they will send you an unpacking video that shows nothing only opening the box and photos afterwards with the product scratched so as to avoid any refund - The photos are taken after the scratches appear - I am not the first to experience this so there is a pattern here - Bathroom House are utter Shysters so avoid them at all costs.

I ordered the items that I wanted which were delivered very quickly and the quality of goods is excellent. I did order to items by mistake and contacted Bathroom House to return and request a refund. They told me what to do in order to return them and once they received the goods, they refunded me the monies, with no issues at all. I found using Bathroom House a very good experience and would highly recommend them.

Very poor service would not recommend. I ordered a shower support pole and the attachments that came with the pole were a completely different colour. Lydia was helpful and a replacement was sent, however, the same issue occurred, the attachments were a completely different colour of brass. I emailed again asking for a pre-paid returns label and a refund and have been ignored. I have been trying to get a response for 3 weeks. Lydia completely ignored so sent a fresh email and still nothing. I am now out of pocket and will be speaking with the ombudsman. I just want my money back!!!

Ordered a more expensive (than other online retailers that showed the same product) bath mixer set for £185+ because they were showing stock and could deliver next day which I paid extra for - Bathhouse emailed and said "we are unable to guarantee a delivery date due to factors beyond our control" - so parts arrived a few days later at great inconvenience - when the product did eventually arrive it had items missing from the kit and was unsuitable - I contacted Bathhouse immediately requesting a return and refund. I received an automated email back asking why I wanted to send the product back and that I could arrange my own courier or accept a pre-paid label for £11 which I opted for. Despite numerous chase emails and phone calls to an answering machine only, I have no label or communication whatsoever - communication has stopped - it's been 2 weeks now. Looks like I am lumbered with expensive junk. I'll try a section 75 with my credit card company - Do yourself favour and AVOID this dreadful company.

Whatever you do, do NOT use Bathroom House.
They are very keen to sell you their products, but when it comes to returning or exchanging anything, the customer service is absolutely awful.
I decided to return an item using my own courier rather than their returns service. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Use their courier and take photographs of the item before you send it. My item was in perfect condition. It had never been used or even fitted. Unfortunately, I didn’t take photos because I had no reason to expect there would be an issue.
Once they received it, they claimed they had found a minor scratch. I genuinely do not believe the scratch was caused by me, but because I didn’t have photographic evidence, I have no way of proving it. Given how minor it apparently was, I can’t help but wonder whether they will simply polish it out and resell the item.
And here’s the ridiculous part: if I want the item sent back to me, I have to pay another £6.95. So I have paid for the item, paid to return it, and now I’m expected to pay again just to have my own item returned to me.
They wouldn’t even offer a reduction if I ordered another item instead.
I have never experienced customer service like this. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling completely out of pocket.
My advice: avoid Bathroom House. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Service and product was great quality and simple to install.

Good quality stock. However, the advice given by the customer service representatives when purchasing a bathroom suite was poor. They didn’t advise us that we needed bath clips or a toilet seat!

UPDATE: I did eventually receive a refund from the Bathroom House for the part I returned. I accept their response that they did supply a genuine part, although I did not think it was when I received it as it was not obvious.
I ordered a branded spare part for my taps, which was shown on the web-site as in stock, and paid for next day delivery. I queried the length of the product as the dimension shown was shorter than my damaged item, but was assured it was a genuine spare part and that the manufacturer stated they had never supplied a longer item, so I assumed my plumber had given me the wrong length. I received an email telling me that delivery would be delayed because the item had to be ordered from the manufacturer (so obviously not in stock) but because I needed it I confirmed I still wished to order it. The item eventually arrived 8 days later and, to my surprise) in an EBay branded packet. Upon inspection I was suspicious that it was not a branded replacement (there were differences from the one I still had and the quality was inferior) which I queried with the company and, as requested, sent photos. I was assured it was obtained directly from the manufacturer (of my branded taps) and that The Bathroom House has a large stock of EBay packaging which is why they had used this. I did not believe that it was the branded part I had ordered and requested a return and refund. That was 4 days ago and I have not had a reply, despite following up. In the interim I have located a genuine (branded) spare part from another supplier, which both looks like my existing part and is also the length I had originally requested! (So the shorter length is not, as stated, the length always supplied by this manufacturer) That part has now been successfully fitted by my plumber. In short I feel duped by a) the photo and brand shown on the web site, b) the item being shown as ‘in stock’, when it clearly wasn’t c) I am certain the part has not been sourced from the manufacturer and d) I was charged for next-day delivery when it clearly was not possible. Despite several requests for a refund I have been ignored since my original communications. I would advise other potential customers to be very wary they are getting what they have paid for

Excellent customer service.
We had an issue with one of the items. Lydia was really helpful and arranged a replacement which arrived really quickly. Thank you.
