The friendly and caring staff. Optican sarah explained everything that she was doing and results of all tests that she did. All staff put you at ease. I needed a new pair of glasses and was shown various options and i chose a pair. I opted to pay by direct debit and also took the eyecare product at £12 per month and did not feel pressured into taking this

All of the staff are friendly and professional and my family and I were made to feel welcomed. The staff do not pressure you into buying unnecessary upgrades as other opticians do.
