Bed master seem to be under the impression they are not answerable to the law they trade illegally, miss pricing and misleading customer
They have illegal re priced an item I purchased and refunded me breach our purchase agreement they are illegally refusing to sell me for the price advertised I will not let them off with this it’s a breach of my consumer rights and a direct breach of unfair trading act 2008
I will take you to the ombudsman so you are not deceiving and stealing of customers

Terrible experience. We bought a bed here a few months ago. It’s already sinking where I sleep. When we called the company following our warranty we were told to just turn the bed around.

Terrible customer service. Terrible stock list suppliers. Do not trust or use this company. Beds being advertised by their stocklists when they can’t provide products. Nice one 👍

Ordered a bet, mattress and headboard set from this company via debenhams. When it arrived the delivery guys were asked three times if the headboard was there and they said yes it was upstairs. NO headboard only the screws. This company are denying the headboard was part of the set and want me to buy it again. Avoid if you want to receive what you paid for.

We are purchasing second 1500 pocket spring mattress from bedmasters now. Absolutely addicted to this mattress now. We last week replaced our old bedmasters 1400 pocket spring for a new one -OMG we absolutely can’t describe how good is the quality of sleep on this particular mattress!!!! Over the years we tried different and a lot more expensive mattresses but never ever found a mattress that matches this experience, keep going bedmasters you had given us the best sleep for years now and I wouldn’t change you for none!
