Fantastic products. Good quality at good prices too. Love cooking with them. Never any issues with orders, deliveries. Always arrive within a couple of days of ordering. Recommend to try you won’t regret it.

I have always been sure that anything ordered from Belazu will be top quality and the best flavours. As a small company it has its priorities right. I always recommend it to others.

I’ve bought these lentils a number of times before. I have noticed the lentils are significantly smaller in size (but not cost). I also made the error of not ordering more given the shipping costs.

It has not out me off ordering again but I will await a time when I need a few items to counter shipping.

I've been a fan of Belazu for some time but this was the first time I put in a big order directly with them as I was keen to try their different pestos. Quick delivery and I love all the various glasses in my pantry! Thought nothing could beat my favourite, Aubergine & Parmesan. But here we are: Butternut Squash & Sage - YUM. Wild mushroom. YUM. Truffle & Artichoke: YUM YUM. Also makes for fantastic gifts!

Fantastic products, great service. Fast too

Really prompt service, excellent product quality.

I do love the product. However, a number of their vinegar prices have increased to stupid prices having been unavailable to buy for several months. 2 examples, white and red wine vinegar are £15/£14 each, they used to be about £4. For that money you can buy vinegar used in Michelin Star restaurants like Forvm. Massive shame as these were staple ingredients in my home. I have bought the balsamic vinegar for years that did have a price increase but from around £12 up to £14 which was acceptable given the current climate and I use it a lot less.

Long story short...Belazu had loyalty scheme. I was loyal customer and had about £30 of loyalty points. One day these points 'disappeared'. I complained.

Eventually I received a voucher code for 3 x £10. I could only use one voucher at a time and had to pay delivery unless I spent £50....no, turns out I had to spend £60 as the £10 voucher gets deducted from my £50 order so bringing the delivery charge back.

I've tried so may times to sort this with Belazu but they just don't seem to either care or understand.

I've now given up....beaten down by the corporation.

Good luck to everyone else using their products...I just hope you never have to complain..

I was impressed by the use of "expand" card as protection for the packed glass jars, and the crumpled paper space filling to prevent them sliding about inside the outermost box. Shows conservation awareness!
As for the contents, I have yet to use them (or even open the jars) they were bought because they represented storeable ingredients I lack.
I also resent being nagged by Trustpilot into writing a review
