Belazu always deliver promptly and give just enough updates without feeling bombarded by emails. We love the white balsamic vinegar (despite the price - I remember a bottle used to cost around a fiver) and tend to use it in most of our salad dressings.

Lack of customer service response
One of the jars was badly broken, jagged and spilled it’s contents onto other parts of the parcel.
I emailed customer services about this and have heard nothing. I’m not very impressed by the lack of response.

Quality products
These products are expensive but if you want quality it costs.The balsamic is so much better than many of the weak vinegar products you can buy.The basil olive oil used to be available in the supermarkets and it wasn’t bad but seems to have been discontinued so back to Belazu I have to go.
