Perfect and wonderfull... I liked it.

We have realised that due to health reasons (mainly disabilities) this tour service is completely unsuitable for our needs and have e-mailed asking for a refund. Despite this no response from the company. Deeply disappointed ☹️

Very bad expirience we did not get what we asked for,reservations department does not keep the promissed services ,3 months and one week before Danielle just said SORRY no spaces available

I love the experience, the boat is clean!

Why do you change from German to English language during the booking procedure? That's not good for people who don't speek English.

I enjoyed the tour very much, learned a lot. Our guide David was super nice and very knowledgeable and relayed his passion to Berlin and its history seriously when needed but never missed an opportunity for a well placed joke. Honestly what made this tour great was our guide who took the time to talk to each one of us and give us pointers on where to go and what to do after the walk ended. Dont hesitate to take the tour.

If you are visiting Berlin (or any new city for that matter) the first thing you should do is take a guided tour. Our guide was great and was a very interesting and informative tour. Highly recommend. It's easy to find the group and there are several different types of tours that you can do.

Fast and easy way of booking Berlin Itinery

It insane how early your buses finish.
Other tour company's are operating much later. Spent all this money And we could not finish the tours on the bus. It's not worth it. We ended taking the public bus To the rest of the sites.

You all should finish your bust yours at 10pm.

Our tourist guide (white legged) David was amazing! His love of history was really showing through his presentation. He kept us interested in the city and it's history through the whole 4h tour.

A great introductory tour to Potsdam, and Sanssouci Palace, wish it was longer to see more of this exciting city, so will have to come back again. Great tour guide she had superb knowledge ,very enjoyable.

Disappointed that this really felt like a history lecture rather than an “alternative” Berlin experience. Basically the “tour” is just standing still at various places for a series of half hour lectures, with little in the way of alternative sightseeing. At times it felt like a penance. Pete was a nice guy but needs to learn how to read an audience. This could have been a four hour lecture in a hall. Absolutely no value added by schlepping from place to dull place. One by one, the group drifted away...

It was easy to book with Berlin City Tours and their website is easy to navigate. I booked the City Circle Berlin Hop on/Hop off bus tour with them. The reason I have given three stars instead of five is because of lack of information (see below) that really should be mentioned on every booking so people are not left stranded.

The routes on the City Circle tour were well thought out, most of the bus drivers were pleasant and helpful and the regularity of the buses was very good. What tainted my experience was what happened towards the end of the day. It was 5.30 and I knew the buses would stop at 6pm. The bus stopped at the river cruise stop and the driver said he was not going any further and no more buses would be coming along. He didn't care that I was left stranded. If it had been explained to me when I first purchased the ticket that some buses finished earlier, I would have accepted that and made arrangements to be at a stop where it was easier for me to make my way back to the hotel. But that wasn't the case and the indifference from the bus driver made the end to a fabulous day only mediocre.

I have been on many hop on/hop off buses in various cities throughout Europe and have never been left stranded until Berlin.

The tour was great. A bit long though with 3,5 hours roundtrip and not the most convenient departure location. We booked online the lunch tour for a 10am monday departure and we had the huge river boat more or less for us selves the first part. And with the nice weather also it gave us a great and relaxing day on the Spree. The food was good also.
