Arrived too late

I called to confirm that the books I wanted to order would arrive by Tuesday. I was in NY but buying books from a London shop to deliver to our London office. She said yes, by Tuesday, or Wednesday the latest. Fine. Wednesday isn’t great but it’s fine. My manager was hosting an onsite with employees from Zurich, Poland, and NY and he was very excited to hand out these books in person. They arrived end of day Thursday when most had already left for the airport.

Bait and Switch

I saw the title I was looking for and put it in my basket, but the price changed durring check out and I didn't notice until I had hit pay. Really frustrated. I will never use them again. I will also be more careful to recheck the total before pressing buy - but you shouldn't have to

The book arrived quickly and safely

The book arrived quickly and safely. Customers should know, however, that sellers sometimes use Amazon as a book source. If you want to avoid doing business with Amazon, call a seller and ask, especially if the book is a new one.

Satisfactory Transaction

Product is basictly as described. I am not a book appraiser, but I think "near fine" is an exaggeration I would rate it only as "Very Good".
Shipping was relatively prompt, although "pricey".
Generally, a good transaction.

I placed an order for a book from Vagabond Books, CA.

I placed an order for a book (A Wrinkle in Time) from Vagabond books. After a couple of weeks and seeing no email indicating shipment of the book, I logged in to check status. Without warning or explanation, Vagabond books canceled the order. I emailed requesting an explanation and received nothing back from them. I then emailed Bibio and asked for an explanation and received an email stating “sorry your order was canceled“. The book is still listed on vagabond books, but now at a higher price. Looks like they use the customers as guinea pig consumers to see who will pay what, cancel the order and raise the price. Does not seem very ethical.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I am still awaiting my order, almost one month now since ordering. I have sent three emails with all my order details and have still not received a reply!

Deceptive Advertising!

Deceptive Advertising!! Description said book is “New”!! I paid a lot extra because it said book is New!! It is not New!! Has torn page and missing CD that comes with this edition!! Has empty pocket in back of book for CD! Seller only willing to give 20% credit or return, but do not have a replacement book!! Deceptive Advertising!!
