Satisfaction guaranteed….

The book arrived on time and it was safely delivered. It was well-wrapped and protected. The way in which it was wrapped was obvious it was meant to be protected from moisture and from any other type of damage which could occur during the delivery.

The book is in great condition. I will be putting it to good use.

Biblio is a scam

Biblio is a scam. I ordered a book that has never arrived. The tracking information only ever showed "Shipping Information Received" and never any further stages in delivery. I attempted to contact customer service to confirm the book was shipped but never received a reply.

Ordered Jane eyre

Ordered Jane eyre, wuthering heights & a tale of two cities.
A tale of two cities, never turned up, for which I had a quick refund, hence 1 star. The other 2 were ancient & the pages were filthy, dark brown. I'd bought them for my grandaughter, felt embarrassed giving them to her. I never checked inside the pages, when she went to read Jane Eyre it was in Spanish! Not happy. Won't use this website again.
NOTE: I had a very prompt update from Biblio to this review. They are going to refund me for the book in Spanish & offered to refund for the other. I accepted the refund for 1 book & turned down the offer for the other, as my grandaughter is reading it, in spite of the condition. That has at least redeemed what was a poor experience. Thank you to Ashleigh.

Same company as Greener Books just scam artists

This is the same company as Greener Books they are scam artists they sent the wrong book you cannot speak to anyone to get a refund DO NOT USE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

If you are looking for a book

If you are looking for a book, they will have it at a great price. I feel they could improve by keeping customers in the loop on delivery status that is the only reason for the 4 stars. With that said, delivery was quick.

Great experience, but a caveat...

As always, Biblio had a solid selection for me to choose from, regarding the title I wanted. Price was good, shipping was likewise. But... a caveat; I would like it if Biblio could find a way to alert people to the "drop-ship" orders stores. I have looked up, separately, such stores. They are NOT small, independent bookstores, and - from the overwhelmingly negative reviews on TrustPilot, Yelp, and elsewhere - they are terrible at shipping, protecting the books shipped, and every aspect of customer service, including disputes, wrong book shipped, false descriptions of books, refunds, etc.. Best of all for bibliophiles like me, would be if there was a way to boot them off the site.
