I placed an order and now can't find it on Biblio

I placed an order and then went back to check the status of the order and the order isn't even in my Purchase History, yet I've gotten confirmation through PayPal that I was charged. I've reached out to Biblio three times and have yet to hear anything back from them. As it stands, I've been charged and not only have not received my books, I can't even find my order, even though I have an order number on my receipt.
I'll never make the mistake of ordering from Biblio ever gain.

USPS is showing that the item did arrive on February 12, 2026. Can you confirm if you've received it?

Additionally, the reason why your order isn't showing in your account is because you weren't logged in when you placed the order. No worries, though, as I migrated the order to your account, so you'll be able to see it in your order history.

Straight in the bin

"Very good" paperback with badly creased cover, multiple breaks to spine, dog ears, bent pages, heavily tanned pages, musty smell. OK, the book is 35 or so years old, but was listed as "very good" not "very good, considering its age". Binned it.

Scam Website - do not trust

I ordered a book and the seller uploaded a fake tracking number. I emailed Biblio support and after a week of waiting I finally got a response and a refund. All told I wasted several weeks of waiting for something that never was going to come in the 1st place. The same seller ("Ergodebooks" of Houston, Texas) has relisted the book back up for over triple the price that I purchased it for from them??? Went on ebay and got it for a lower price than I had paid and had it in hand a couple days after purchase. Don't waste your time or money on these money hungry scammers!
