BitMart stole all my AEF tokens
BitMart stole all my AEF tokens! When you delisted AEF - with no direct notice to me, even though you obviously knew I owned a bunch of AEF tokens on BitMart - you said I had to withdraw my AEF by a certain date. But whenever I tried to withdraw my AEF to an off-exchange wallet prior to that date (numerous times) you would not let me. Then that date came and you stole all my AEF. THIEVES!! I stuck with your exchange even after hack a few years back and how did you treat me? By stealing my AEF tokens!

Site is a pretty laggy, and some interfaces really need a redesign (like seeing the list of assets, be it spot or general, that displays a huge list of assets I do not own for no reason)

Tokens Delisted & Can't Withdraw or Sell
You have delisted good tokens for no reason. LEASH, HMN, etc... they should be available to sell and or withdraw! I'm very disappointed.

Everything starts great. Then one day they decide to " redo" one of their fake coins and instead of 921,434,187 Luffy you now have only 921. Even though they say well it's a new coin. Safe moon hack no that is not what happened check the internet occasionally you will see the owner in a video bragging how he was "hacked". Safemoon,100x,saitama,earnx,luffy,tzki,gamer,ixp,ruem,xdna these coins went under their maintenance program just to name a few. Really sad Luffy and Saitama crashed because of bitmart. Definitely not the most trusted maybe the most crooked.my opinion please feel free to make yours.

I have a big problem with bitmart
I have a big problem with bitmart. My app stopped working and I tried deleting with the intention of restoring it with a new one.I was no longer able to restore the app and when I try using website the spot is blocked .The website tells me a message that it's not working in the UK .What is going to happen to my assets .I have so many assets in there and I am not even able to get support online except the bot.

Bitmart steals your money, no support!
Bitmart support has been saying for a month that they are investigating my transaction. They have all the evidence that it concerns my account. Through support I only get copy-paste answers and delays, no solutions. They are stealing your money, stay away from this! I don't need another ticket number and standard answer but a solution!

Pretty shit exchange, wont recommend it, its a definite loss. I bought new listong coin and as soon as I hit buy button, I keep getting the popus that server is out, price went up and then came down, it gave me option when my coin was already in loss. They are intentionally doing this to cheat customers. Been using Binance app for more than 3 years but never stuck in the coins like This shit bitmart exchange. Upon contacting support service, no one cares to reply. Very bad experience

USA BEWARE!!
I really think that Bitmart should have made it more clear that United States customers would not be able to trade on their platform. Google still says that the US is ok to trade. If an big exchange does not want to obtain a license for trading from the country that holds the most BTC their is something wrong with that!!! I gave 3 stars because they did let me sell and witdraw my assets.I hope in the future they will obtain a license for trading for USA citizens!
