Since having a bitmart account I have always had issues logging in as the sms verification does not always work, others in online forums have also experienced this issue every time you login and request a SMS verification it doesn’t send although sometimes randomly it will come through. I have contacted them to remove the SMS feature which they are taking extremely long to sort. I do not recommend setting up an account with this exchange as if it was urgent and needed to sell some currency I wouldn’t be able to do so

BITMART is a real SCAM! Hight Alert everyone 🚨🚨🚨🚨
First case: I deposited 3000 USDD using the wallet address I took from my account with them. The 3k never reached in. I contacted the support they said the contract address has changed, and it is my fault. I shall have contacted support before making any deposits! Who ever do that on earth?

2nd case, I traded USDD vs USDT on thier platform. They gave me -300$ of what I was supposed to receive (reason: market) lol

3rd case, I put 2000$ in USD1 on flexible earning as it has an APR of 20%. After a while, when I redeemed my balance, they cut off 30$ (which is all what I have earned) with no reason. And even in the history there it showed I redeemed 1970$, not 2000$.

The security is good but the transparency is somehow so disappointing.. They can give you USDT Balance bonus that somehow changes into USDT Futures bonus and gone missing as you claim back your balance from their Futures account and i experienced that and they insist that was my mistake.. What a bad and so wrong way to gain trust.

Scam Exchange!!! BEWARE
I made a deposit and the address they gave me was changed so eventually the coins were sent to an address of a different network, and they could have simply bridged the coins to the correct one instead they asked me to pay a 200 fee to recover the funds.

I have been using BitMart for some time and my experience has been positive.
The app works smoothly, deposits are processed without delay, and withdrawals also reached my wallet within the expected time. The trading pairs available are good, and the interface is easy to understand even for new users. So far I haven’t faced any issues with my transactions or account. Based on my personal experience, BitMart has been a dependable platform for regular trading.

Well, I wanted to share my negative experience with the exchange. I'll start by saying that, in general, BITMART hadn't really let me down before, and I liked the exchange until the following curious incident.

So, about 4-5 days ago (I've lost track already), I decided to send my WILD tokens to BITMART. At the moment I sent them, absolutely nothing seemed amiss—the deposit was open—and after sending, my tokens successfully showed up as "pending." So, suspecting nothing, I was just waiting. But after a while, I noticed that the deposit was taking suspiciously long, which of course worried me.

I tried to find the problem, and it turned out that the deposit for the WILD token had already been closed. And I want to emphasize this: I made my deposit before BITMART managed to close their deposit; otherwise, the tokens simply wouldn't have appeared as "pending," but they did...

At this point, I of course started to worry, but I thought it wasn't a disaster and I just needed to wait a bit longer than usual. After some time, while communicating on social media, I came across people with the same problem as me. And what was my surprise when I found out that their tokens had been credited—with a delay, but they were credited—while mine were not.. :)

After that, I went to support. But the only thing they did to "help" was to tell me that I needed to wait, and wait, and wait. I had already figured that out for myself and I was waiting, but guys, it's already the fifth day, and support isn't giving me any specifics. Well, this is just too much..

Bitmart is worthless and badly app! I have 53 $ from (eth,solana, xrp,usdc) can't converter or transfer to usdc, will withdrawal to bybit. Don't work, its totally worthless stay 53 $ in spot or earn. Can not withdrawal or converter!!!

I am trying to withdraw my funds and they continue add new service fees and security risk funds requirements prohibiting me from withdrawing my fund

Bitmart looted my 1995 usdt and i cannot even see my 1995 usdt in my bitmart account. Bitmart is telling so many non sense and will simply lock your money and later it will be looted by them. No one should use this fraud cheating stupid exchange

BitMart stole my money and don't want to solve the problem. When I wont to make USDT deposit you see one address but when you copy is another address.

My BitMart account was closed despite not violating any rules. Since 2019, I've contacted support numerous times (Ticket #25105), but each time I've only received a "Your request has been denied." They haven't explained which rule I violated.

I can't access my funds. This is unacceptable for an exchange that claims to be trustworthy.

Constant outages. Always issues in this exchange. For how big they are, it's pretty pathetic. It also always happens during surges of prices. How convenient the site times out when things go up, then it works when you lost your chance. It's not to be trusted. Trade your tokens and get them off the exchange.

It's totally scamming crypto exchange,be careful and stay away from Bitmart..

Bitmart give some projects asset to scam their community. I never seen a converting tokens in crypto industry,
I trade a Go tokens (1813165954219.269 tokens and convert to-0.00001813 tokens ) and some of them are VST,XUN,VLT,FPT tokens convert to -0 tokens after trading. Bitmart role two things exchange and mine app
