I went to do a withdrawal. It worked just fine. Small money, so of course no problem. I went to withdraw $3k about a month later. The money vanished after it said transaction complete. I reached out to customer service. They said, thank you and we will look into this and get back to you. I have left 2 other messages with them over 24 hours after the initial request. No response since the initial response and no money in my account. This is a scam. My friend just lost $30k to them because they did the same thing to her. There customer service is crap, stay away and run fast. Do not invest at all with this company.

Assets stolen by BitMart after locking me out for weeks
BitMart locked me out for weeks making me jump through hoops to prove who I am and when finally I managed to get access to my account all my funds were gone. Zero balance. Over 25 000 USDT stolen. I am a widow. This was inheritance. This exchange needs to be investigated. It can be proven that I did not withdraw those funds. I also have all the emails from weeks of trying to get access to my assets, only to find someone stole them. And please don't tell me you care and I must open a ticket BitMart. It has been a hellish experience dealing with BitMart. BEWARE they are not to be trusted. Investigation.

Deposit over $600 never come on request ticket (#11546**). They didn't give token contract and provide a shit token contract and said that is our deposit failure.

Bitmart literally stole my money
Bitmart literally stole my money. I have deposited 1,700 USDD via Tron chain. Transaction was completed on blockchain but it was never credited. I asked support and theu just reply they have different contract for USDD, not shown on deposit page. They simply refuse to return stolen coins even though these are clerly visible on wallet.
Reply to Bitmart reply: your support REFUSED to send my coins. It takes literally 2 minutes to send coins from wallet. So you steal it.

Absolutely horrible exchange and customer service!
Bitmart knowingly and openly operates unethically and illegally which I have confirmed from Bitmart customer service in writing and documented. (Hello lawyers???!!!)
Bitmart will mislead and deceive their users as often as possible. Even when you report an error or a broken part of their "secure" system, they do not care and will refuse to fix it! I have been reporting the same security issue to Bitmart regarding their broken system since 2021 and they absolutely refuse to fix it.
Bitmart will also steal users assets and then Bitmart will try to extort the user so they can regain access to their funds/assets. This is intentional and as an example, they listed an already dead token, UNIX, on 1/1/24 and on 3/31/2024 they delisted it without notice to holders and Bitmart then stole tokens from the users who held this token on their exchange. This is just one example of the many. In 2024, Bitmart has stolen over $3000 (felony theft) worth of assets from me without any direct notice to token holders that action was required and they have been trying to extort me since I called them out on it. This is illegal everywhere and a federal crime.
Take free advice from a victim of Bitmart's unethical and criminal activity and DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE!
