They have more crypto pairs than a lot of other exchanges and no need to KYC unless you want to be involved in the rewards. Great for US customers

They silently delist coins.
They silently delist coins.
You still see them
But cannot sell them.
With some BRC20 thats a real issue because there's a min withdrawal requirement. Say you bought for 50usd and thats now 10usd worth. Min withdrawal will be 50usd. You cannot withdraw. You cannot sell. You cannot convert into BGB. No way to even lock in the tax loss.
That's insane, only one other exchange does that.
Pretty much disappropriation.
DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE

According to all the reviews I read on websites as to reliable and efficient crypto exchanges, I tried my luck with Bitmart... mistake! Took me a while and not sure why I didn't come here earlier for reviews
I created an account and made a deposit, updating my profile with level 2 verification. However, my funds were frozen, with no way to access any trade. I cannot exchange my token, sell my token, nor buy any other token as all transactions gets cancelled
Reaching out to support, they responded with there is low volatility and that is why my trades and sells gets cancelled. Also, if I were to proceed with a withdrawal (Please note, that this is not possible if my trades are frozen), I will need to make further deposits to them in order to be able to withdraw my funds
In essence:
-Bitmart freezes funds after deposit
-States that you need to deposit more funds to withdraw
-Sells/Buys cannot take place due to low liquidity (Reason they provide)
(As with most other reviews on TrustPilot regarding Bitmart)

Logging in with 2FA in combination of text message or email verification doesn't work. The 2FA code ALWAYS expires. I use 2FA for almost all exchanges & wallets without problems.
