The avocado was hard to chew in the salad
I couldn’t understand the salad dressing to much oil with no real taste
The soup (both) were completely unseasoned not even salt

Perfect quality, taste and perfection. Excellent delivery service and timing.

Food is tasty, nutritional value is very useful, hygiene is good
Delivery times are not convenient, need to be earlier in the morning to cater for those who want to take it to work

Body blocks is the best! Super fresh. And great for detox. I trust body blocks with my health completely. They’re salads and juices are so fresh.. fresher than my own home!!! :)

Body blocks services are really appreciated. I have 2 comments, however, being a regular customer (this is my 5th order of packages between 7 and 10 days, and I have recommended BB to more than 10 customers in the 6th of October area):
1) Delivery date is way too late. For a working woman and a busy mom, the main benefit of BB is that I get my order before I leave the house. Also being an athelete, I need my breakfast right after training! I cannot be burning 700-800 calories at 7 am and starve till 11-11:30 am! Last order, we solved this by delivering breakfast with previous day order. This time, I was told by BB orders that it was cancelled! I understand the importance of freshness and so I appreciate early delivery so I can organize my day in the healthiest way, which I believe is BB’s mission.
2) I ordered the paleo package for the first time.. I have been on paleo for more than 2+ years now, on and off. I noticed that the man package is different from the women’s and when I asked the reason for this, as Paleo is not at all based on calorie intake, I didn’t get any answer. Also, one of the salads included peas. Peas are not paleo! I also expected the amount of protein to be more, given the paleo principle. Last, it would be very good to add some of the bars or bombs as snacks in a paleo diet benefiting from the lack of calorie count!

punctual,professional,helpful very good food quality of food this is how i would describe my experience yes will recommend it for my friends

I won’t say rude conduct but I was very disappointed from the way the matter was handled. I cancelled the 10 day detox program cause the food literally made me sick, I used to throw half the meals away and by dinner I wouldn’t even try to eat it cause I was too sick to eat it. I was told someone would contact me and someone did call but I was in a meeting and wasn’t able to respond. Body blocks considered that the matter was therefore done and closed and didn’t even try to call back. I sent a message asking if they did call, body block yes yes and you didn’t answer?! Is that it? I said ok and didn’t even bother to justify it with another answer because I was super surprised that the matter was obviously closed for body blocs. I won’t try to follow up with the matter but definitely I won’t recommend body blocs to anyone even though I was originally telling people it’s a good program, I just got sick and this is probably my own issue!

Don’t like the fact that we are not allowed to change after a fixed menu has been issued.
For people with allergies the menu is very limited and repetitive

It is a great choice for healthy food. The recipes are delicious. The only problem is that it’s imposible to choose the delivery time and the natural food needs to be refrigerated so I suggest to make another deliver system

Great service and quality of products are top notch. Presentation is outstanding and I’m very impressed with the ease of the order, transaction and delivery.
It’s a little steep in pricing but understandable to guarantee quality yet leaves me to rethink continuing the service. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied.
