order never recieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this site numerous times before with no issue. however I placed an order on the 25th of August 2015 and have never received this!! I have email stating this fact but have had no response to date and their website is not working. I want my goods that I have purchased or my money refunded. This is unacceptable.

Bad Service

My order never arrived and I could only get automated replies to my emails. So basically customer service is abysmal. I have phoned my credit card company to try and get a refund.

Have Bodycare2000 gone into Liquidation?

I have used Bodycare2000 several times over the last couple of years, and they have always been brilliant.
However, I placed my latest order on 19th August 2015, the money was taken from my account the following day, but I have only received one of my products.
I emailed, and received a response saying they would reply to me within 48 hours due to the Bank Holiday back log. Having received no further communication, I emailed again - no response. Since then, I have tried phoning several times (always the engaged tone), and have noted that their website has been taken down for 'essential maintenance work'. I can only assume that they are no longer trading. Can anyone clarify this?

Fraudulent and liars

I am in Sydney, Australia and failed to receive all the goods in my order. I am missing 3 out of 4 products.

I emailed with Roger @ bodycare2000 who went to great lengths explaining that the package had been tampered with, what type of packaging they use in their warehouse, that their paperwork showed that all products were sent out (but never produced). He said that he was working on a solution with the UK postal service and that I needed to be patient as (apparently!) we are both victims of the missing goods. Alarm bells went off, as clearly I am the one out of pocket and bodycare2000 were holding my money. Any credible organisation would resolve the problem with the customer and then pursue their postal service/insurance.

My last communication from him was 13 days ago (28 August,2015) and I have heard nothing since.

I will be pursuing this as it is the principle of the matter.

Where's my purchase?

I can only give a single star because over 2 weeks since I placed my order and money was taken from my account, I still haven't even seen my purchase! I've emailed customer services and not had a reply. Is anyone one going to let me know what's going on?

Still waiting

I ordered 2weeks ago and no signs of delivery. Response to my first email was increased workload due to bank holiiday but should have a response within 48 hours. Emailed again today and have been sent this survey. I haven't received any further communication.
It's a pity, because prior to this , apart from a couple of blips I've had no problems. Always had quick response to emails etc.
I'm just disappointed and I've no idea if I'll still get my order.

No communication, no delivery

I've ordered several times from Bodycare2000 and have always received excellent service-until now.

My latest purchase was made on August 27th. I have not as yet received a dispatch email or any goods. I enquired about this, but received a stock email saying that my query would be responded to within 48 hours. It wasn't. I've sent two more emails requesting a refund but have received no reply.

This company's website has been down since last Saturday. I left a message on their Facebook page asking if they were still trading. As of today their Facebook page has been deleted.

My order no. is 197619. I'm hoping that Bodycare2000 might at least respond here and let us know what is going on. This is a really disgraceful way to treat your customers.

VERY POOR SERVICE, STILL AWAITING MY ORDER SINCE 24/08/2015

Made order on 24/08/2015, ORDER NUMBER 197244, the payment was deducted from my bank account on 25/08/2015 but still awaiting delivery of my purchase????????
Emailed Bodycare2000 on 02/09/2015 to ask WHERE IS MY ORDER, received an automated email advising it can take up to 48 hours for them to deal with my query????? BUT STILL AWAITING MY PURCHASE AND STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL!!!!!
Really unhappy and would advise NEVER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BODYCARE2000!!!!

No delivery, no contact, no response, no refund and now no website - avoid!!!!

I placed an order on the 24 August which I still have not received. I have sent numerous emails and tried countless times to call but cannot get through and have had no response. The website has now gone down so guessing they have gone bust - not before taking my money! I have requested a refund but still have not heard anything.
Avoid!!!!

Terrible service

I placed an order on the 23rd August
I still have not received this
I have chased 3 times and the first time was told that they would come back to me in 48 hours at the most - I still did not hear anything
I have chased 2 more times and they still have not come back to me
I have now had to purchase the item from elsewhere and I have requested a refund - I still have not heard anything.
and now the website is down so I am not able to retrieve a contact number
Terrible service - I will never be using this website again.
