Excellent service quick and easy a lot cheaper than the high street very happy!!

Despite a email dated 7 August indicating that my order had been despatched I did not receive it until 17th August. I needed to contact the supplier and was told that it could take up to 2 weeks to arrive using 2nd Class Royal Mail - an untracked service! Why not tell me in the email that, for example, my order will be received between 10th and 20th August which would save us all time and cost.

I have place an order for 3 Hair shaper on 9th Aug when their website stated in stock after waiting almost 10 days when I called to find out why I don't have my product, I was told they are out of stock due to importing problem, and all i was left was apology and refund, when I ask I need to talk to their manager they said manager will call me but that never happen. so I had to by from other place and wait few more days.

Allow at least a week for delivery. Good product.

Placed my order 8 working days before my holiday as I thought that would be an adequate amount of time for a second class delivery from stock! Three days into my holiday I received an email informing me my parcel had been dispatched. This meant that even though it stated this item was in stock and second class delivery would take 8-10 days, it wasn't actually dispatched until 11 days after I had placed my order! It just proves that it's not always worth taking the cheaper option. Completely disappointed!

Bought a couple of American Crews pomade. Cheper than Amazon and delivered within 2-3 days. All straightforward and efficient.

I would never normally afford to spend the money on branded products but Bodycare2000 prices made it more reasonable for the Bed Head stuff my hairdresser uses. I was a little disappointed that it took the full 5 days to arrive but that is no less than I was told to expect.

Easy to navigate order form, products as described, super fast delivery. Very pleased, will use again.

Waited two and a half weeks and it still didn't arrive. Spoke to two people and said it was posted and not there fault. Must be mine then.
Then got a refund through pay pal and I can only think that they didn't send it in the first place. Order one off eBay and it turned up in two days. Good old eBay.

My order did not go through but as soon as I contacted Bodycare2000, they located my order and pushed it through manually immediately. I could not have asked for more.

Everywhere else I looked online charged postage, not only was postage free with Bodycare2000 but the product was also cheaper than anywhere else too! Really happy, and when I run out of my lovely new hair mouse, I will be ordering more!

As before the Tea Tree foot balm is excellent value & quality, delivered quickly free of charge, delighted with Bodycare2000
