Very disappointed
I used to go to this academy for the hairdressing services and I was very happy with their professionalism, both with the students and with the teachers.
But the last time I went to the end of September, all the staff changed and that has affected the quality of the service as well. I went for a root re-touch and the stylist who attended me burnt my hair!
There is a part in the middle of the hair that surrounds my dead scalp and of a different colour to the rest of the hair, apart from that this area is completely rough and it is difficult to comb it because it has no life.
I had to go to another professional stylist who recommends what steps I should follow to recover my hair.
So obviously my experience has been disastrous, since something like this has never happened to me before and now I will have to follow an intensive hair treatment so that my hair grows healthy again.
