The bus is very new and clean
The bus is very new and clean. Even the bathroom is quite nice. And I feel very safe. I only have two complaints. We are packed in like sardines. Seems like each time there’s a new bus, they try to pack in more seats. So the seats are small and there’s almost no legroom. Also no cup holders so don't bring coffee. Biggest benefit is that you can charge ur phone on every seat!
I just wish airplanes and buses put ppl over profit and gave us some room. It used to be so much more comfortable.
But for getting around in safety, the bus is great and appreciate that we have it.

I was genuinely surprised by how well you took care of my father. His train broke down, which caused him to miss his scheduled bus connection. However, your staff made sure that he was able to take one of your buses later the same day.
