Busbud, Is it Fake or Is it Real?
I've tried several times to make train reservations from New Carrollton, MD for 6/17 to New York City, Penn Station and returning the same day. Departing around 8am and returning from NYC around 6:45PM. The website lists New Carrollton as a location to catch Amtrak, but the response I receive it that it is not a location. Why is it listed on the website?? I've also received several error messages that there are technical issues which will be fixed. I've patiently and impatiently tried for at least 4 hours to complete reservations but have come to the conclusion that this is a scam.

Overall great value for money. Friendly and helpful drivers. Clean. Power at every seat. Locations were easy to find and navigate. Only issue is included Wi-Fi is too weak even for Gmail.
