Edit: they called and appologized same day I got the parcel, and they promissed to fix the error and send me the missing parts plus some gifts and samples.
Plesantly surprized so I have to give them 5 stars.

Ordered their offer package where things were missing.
I called, and they said the things that were missing are not included in the offer. Like an adaptor, mouth pieces and a rubber tube. Well… clearly the bag of mouth pieces were part of the package.
So those 3 things I have to buy separately.
Went to another store and showed them what I got. They said there’s no adapter, you got the rubber tube, so I just bought the mouth pieces that were missing.
Parcel came as expected so they got one star for that.
Otherwise, very disapointed. Never buy from them again.

The person over there is so friendly. He’s a great guy and the flavours over there so good must visit

Really nice and fast customer care reaction time. Ordered a hookah set (bundle with all of the needed accessories), but sadly the glass lotus was cracked when arrived. Reached out and within a day I had the new lotus on its way to me.
