I ordered two dresses, size small. I wear a size four. One dress fit perfectly the other was more like a size two. The dress I kept is well made and looks great! The return process was simple and my payment was credited to my account within a week. The only reason I did not give this five stars is you pay for return shipping.

I was worried when I ordered because of the reviews got written here, I ordered 6 dresses all of them are similar to the pictures with good quality, except one I didn’t like much but it’s not bad, besides they send me a wrong dress and when I emailed them they let me to keep the dress they sent and send me the one I ordered for 100% free no delivery charge nothing

I ordered a dress in March, and after multiple attempts of emailing them and no response to my emails to where my order is, I finally decided to post on Instagram that they are scammers and not to buy from them, and then few weeks later I received my dress, at the end of May. The dress I ordered was a very soft light blue color and what I received was a bright sky blue color. The dress seems well made but the experience and a different color of dress no longer wants me to buy from them.

On June 4th I purchased a dress unfortunately it is too small, emailed twice to get a return label and no response. I have no one who can fit the dress so am stuck with it even though it’s a beautiful dress. Very poor customer service. 😔

I received my dress I love it same as in the picture just you need to order 1 or 2 size bigger

I ordered a dress in a size M (8-10) it arrived and no way is that fitting an 8 or a 10. I wrote an email to them and they explained how sorry they were and that they would send me the size L for free and would not ask for the other one back. I have constantly been checking and there has been no update on the order to say it has been shipped, so i have continued writing to them. Today i was informed after a week of them apologising and saying it would be here soon, that the dress was out of stock. IT WAS NEVER INDICATED THAT THIS WAS THE CASE BEFORE. I am honestly heartbroken by it and they have no sympathy for that either and will not just give me a refund for the dress.

This is not a real company, they are scam. They take your money and never send you the products. Customer service never reply to your inquiries. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I don't believe this is a legitimate company.
They sent my items with one missing. I asked for a refund and they informed me I needed to pay to send the item back for a refund when I hadn't received the item item in the first place. One dress arrived with the zip broken and of poor quality despite being very expensive.
In order for this company to be taken seriously they need to work on their returns process and their customer service. Until that point I would highly recommend not using their service.

I bought two items. Not only were they late but one product in particular was such poor quality. Poor quality material zip that does not work, ill fitting. I received this 2 days ago and all contact with supplier to send return details to me ,seem to be totally ignored. They have not had the decency to respond to any of my emails of messages via their live chat which is not live at all! I will never use them again

I am obsessed with these dresses I got. They fit me perfectly. So good quality for a good price. Fast delivery, I needed my dresses for wedding asap, so I am very pleased. I am going to order again!
