The shipping was done very quickly. Fedex could do a better job. On the second day of delivery the driver didn't even get out of the truck and left without making delivery. I had to make a third day available to complete the order.

Shipping HazMat is expensive, they charge us a significant surcharge on top of the regular shipping fees for the Hazardous Materials, there is no excuse for them to not provide better service.

Not sure how happy I was with the price of the refrigerant I purchased, but I am really happy with everything else. Refrigerant arrived just as Chris said it would, communication was great, and my system is up and running. I am in the Philadelphia area and worked in industrial engineering/maintenance for most of the 50 plus years I worked. Most air conditioning contractors (in this area) are crooks and Chiller City allowed me to repair my unit at a reduced cost and prepair myself for future needs. Hi Keith, yes, no one is happy with the price of refrigerants these days. We make about the same amount (in dollars) we did 2 years ago, but the cost of our inventory is 4 times what is was then so our margin is much smaller by percentage. The government policies have pushed the prices to what we would have thought was crazy not that long ago. Still we do our best on price and I am glad that you were happy with the service and communication. At least we can control that.

Hello, we are sorry the carrier took longer than it should have to deliver your order. As it was ordered after 8PM it was shipped the very next day. So the time cited is only 10 days including two weekends which carriers don't include in their delivery times, so they consider that a 6 business day delivery time to travel all the way across the country. The carrier estimate was 3-5 business days when shipped. Saying 11 days makes it seem worse than it really is. Still, it should have been there sooner and we are sorry you were disappointed.
It is very demoralizing to our team who shipped your order immediately in extremely hot (it has been 27 days in a row over 110F in Phoenix, warehouse is slightly better) and a very busy time to receive such a poor review for something they could not control after they did their best.
